Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

j'avais demandé une chambre avec très grand lit, et nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 lits.......Manque de précisions pour l'adresse du site, adresse incomplète afin de trouver rapidement l'établissement

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"Le personnel est adorable et fait tout pour que votre séjour se passe bien . Le dîner du soir est gargantuesque et très très bon. La chambre est grande et propre. L'accès au spa et sauna à toute heure est fort appréciable."

Dans la chambre il manque : - de quoi poser sa valise à hauteur d'homme - une petite table de nuit - une petite décoration plus chaleureuse

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

Check-in à 17h00 et check-out à 10h00 : c’est dommage de payer pour une nuit et de ne même pas profiter d’une demi-journée sur place.

"Superbe resort intimiste, au bord de rivière et au milieu de la forêt. Nous avons pu observer de nombreux animaux (loutre, colibris et oiseaux divers). Tout est pensé pour le confort, les lits sont incroyables, la douche bien chaude. Les repas sont délicieux. La gentillesse des hôtes apporte encore un charme supplémentaire"

Il y aurait pu y avoir au moins un menu ou deux en anglais. C'est pas toujours facile car seul le néerlandais et l'allemand sont disponible.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.
