"I liked the cleanliness of the room. The neighbourhood was quite calm. There is no bad smelling. The location is 5 minutes walk time to the Al Rasheed Mall"
"There was no towel provided in the bathroom upon my arrival. When I requested one, I was disappointed to receive a towel that was gray rather than white and had visible black marks from prior dirt accumulation. Regardless of whether it had been washed, its condition did not reflect respect to guests. Towels in this state should not be provided at all."
