"The difficulty when ordering a taxi to Medina and back to the property The care taker was not up to his job, asking for tips and good reviews, not speaking any other languages apart from Arabic so communication was difficult The pool was undergoing reconstruction so no possibility of swimming. Apparently there is an indoor swimming pool but the care taker was not able to show it to me"

"The location is awful, In the middle of nowhere. (needs large illuminated signs outside also better directions posted on here). The hotel is full of mosquitoes. (needs a insect killing machine) The ac was faulty and only worked on a cold setting."

"أعتقد اذا تريدون ترفعون مستوى الخدمة، الطاقم عندكم يحتاج تدريب او توجيه لتقديم خدمة احترافية افضل من ناحية خدمة الغرف والتنظيف … الخ أبو نانسي طيب جدا في التعامل، لكن تحتاجون حد يساعد في أخذ ملاحظات العملاء، مع انتباه أكثر لجودة الخدمة مثل التنظيف العميق، واحتياجات الغرفة"
