Ross Hotel

"J'ai particulièrement apprécié le caractère des travailleurs très serviables et très gentils. A la réception et au restaurant, on se rend bien compte de l'esprit ouvert du personnel, on est quand même à Ryad. Surtout certaines dames étaient au moins bilingues. Elles parlaient très bien français. Cela m'a particulièrement fait plaisir."

"Je crois que l'hôtel étant encore nouveau, certains services n'étaient pas encore disponibles. Je pense par ailleurs qu'aujourd'hui cela est réglé."

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were really spacious and I would certainly come back here again. As a single female traveller I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Inspired by the World-Class Quality of Saudi Hospitality 🇸🇦 If you're looking for exceptional value, genuine kindness, and a full range of amenities—including a relaxing pool and delicious food—Ross Hotel is an easy choice. What truly set this experience apart was the unmatched hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth and care. Ahmed was the first person I encountered, and his professionalism and kindness set the tone for my entire stay. Arriving at 6 a.m., I was graciously given an early check-in, a complimentary room upgrade, and breakfast—an incredible welcome after a long journey. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond. Whether it was helping with printing or simply offering a warm smile, every interaction reflected the world-class service that Saudi Arabia is quickly becoming known for. I wholeheartedly recommend Ross Hotel. You’ll be embraced with hospitality that leaves a lasting impression."

"Only note would be to have coffee in the room not just tea."

"For what we required, a quick night stay over in Riyadh, this was a great and affordable option. We needed to reside close to our Embassy and the location was perfect."

"There was no view from our room, but we did not really require one. When we checked in, we were assigned a room and when we got there, there was already someone checked into that room. The staff was helpful and quick to allocate us another room (the one without a view) and this time someone accompanied us to the room to check it was all acceptable. Thank you for the service."
