"La situation est parfaite : c'est au calme et en même temps à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et près de restaurants, des rues animées et commerces. Franchement la situation parfaite. Les locaux très illuminés, salle de sport sympa et FAT et sa copine (les deux chiens) nous ont aidés à moins nous ennuyer de notre chien. On recommande. Les proprios pas envahissants. Et un billard !!! pour attendre mon épouse qui se pomponnait."
"Il nettoient les chambres tous les deux jours, mais franchement : les linges sur demande peuvent être remplacés et c'est tellement bien nettoyé à l'arrivé que c'est peut-être pas vraiment nécessaire."

"Matt et sa femme vous accueillent à bras ouvert, avec sourire. Le lieu est parfait car dans une rue tranquille. Restaurants, activités, plage sont a proximité immédiate. Je recommande les yeux fermés . J’ai oublié ma montre dans le logement et Matt me l’a envoyé par la poste. Ils sont formidables"

"Superbe accueil. Matt et sa femme sont adorables. Ils ont tout fait pour bien nous orienter pour mon excursion et pour bien m accueillir J espere revenir l an prochain plus longtemps. L emplacement est à 2 pas de la plage et de la rue principale. Le marché a 2 min à pied Le logement est spacieux et très joli. La restauration : un délice !!!!"

"Location excellent...couple of minutes walk to beach and liafs of choice of places to eat. Owners are amazingly friendly and their dogs and cat are to die for!!! Always hapoy to help and the room was spotless. The steak sandwich is highly recommended. Do not hesitate to book. Charging points in the room a nice touch."

"Large apartment, x2 larger than other 2 apartments we rented later in Kata and Rawai areas. After Skipper’s Karon other 2 places were much worse despite of higher cost. Overall vibe and atmosphere. Owner Matt and his Family are absolutely awesome and warm people. 2 cute dogs. Australian cousin is top. We came late in the evening after check out and got free shower and towels. Thank you Matt for your kindness, and best luck."

"The oasis on Caron beach. Super clean, comfortable, quiet, cozy and feeling like home. The room is spacious and touched to details. There are a big fridge, toaster, microwave, speaker, and even Netflix ( free of charge). There is a good restaurant on the ground floor with home made food. Close to everywhere. Beach is in 5 mins walk. But the brilliants are hosts Matt and Ann. They are friendly, helpful and cool."

"A wonderful hotel with very welcoming hosts – Matt and Anne. The location is fantastic, on a side street, away from the noise of the main road, but still very close to everything. The beach is 5 minutes away, and there are tons of places to eat nearby – restaurants, bars. But I highly recommend trying their steaks – Matt will cook them for you in 5 minutes – it's the best meat I've had in Phuket. They also have two dogs and cats. Chile is now forever in my heart. We'll be back!"

"L'hôtel est parfait. Idéalement situé. Proche de la plage et des restaurants. L'accueil à été irréprochable. La chambre était propre, le ménage était fait régulièrement. "The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short home stay or even longer. Good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds and a nicely set up kitchen. The air conditioner works well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night and first thing in the morning and hear the jungle. It is a bit out of the way, so it is quite quiet, which was perfect for us. You will need the use of Grab or hire your own transport to get in and out of Kamala and beyond. The pool was nice and a lovely area to chill out in."
