"The stay was amazing everything was beyond our expectations. Would recommend to everyone. Although a member of staff was rude and lift trauma everything else was fantastic. The entertainment, food, pools all the other staff were superb. You must stay there as the problems we face can be sorted by Orange county."
"All the staff was amazing there apart from when we first checked in the porter who helped us take our luggage upstairs asked us to pay him money for helping us upstairs. If he didn't ask we probably would have given him something. Because we ignored his greedy comment he slammed the tube door and went. Very rude. Also the first day we checked in we were at fifth floor and heading up our lift stop and started dropping in speed. My children were crying and were traumatised as it happened a few times. We thought we were going to die. After the event no one checked we were ok and provided any feedback. My children were so traumatised they never used the lift go get to the swimming pool they had to walk 7 floors down. Also my AC didn't cool the room down. We had two rooms but one even though technician checked ot was still not cool enough."

"Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat ebben a hotelben! Az elhelyezkedése szuper, hatalmas bazár pár perc sétára van. Az ételek nagyon finomak, mindig találtunk kedvünkre valót. A programok változatosak és élvezetesek voltak, így sosem unatkoztunk. A nyugodt öbölben lévő tengerpart pedig biztonságos és tökéletes a gyerekeknek is.Kisfiúnk sajnos beteg lett ,gyorsan megvizsgálták és egyből kèrtek autót ami bevitt a kórházba, pár óra múlva szerencsére teljesen jól érezte magát. Figyelmesek és segítőkészek, születésnapi köszöntőt és gyors felépülést kívánó levelet készítettek a szobànkba. A hazautazás során a bookingon foglalt reptéri transzfer nem érkezett meg a recepciós gyorsan intézett nekünk transzfert, drágább volt de nem éri meg kockáztatni. Nem először jártunk így a bookingon foglalt transzferel. Összeségében Csodás élményekkel tértünk haza, szívesen visszamennénk!"

"Tout était vraiment parfait ! Nous avons séjourné deux jours et une nuit, et tout s’est très bien passé. Les repas étaient délicieux, en particulier les grillades qui étaient excellentes. La chambre était très propre, les draps sentaient bon et l’hygiène était irréprochable. Le personnel à l’accueil était très aimable et serviable, ce qui nous a mis à l’aise dès notre arrivée. L’ambiance de la piscine intérieure était très agréable, et le sauna m’a vraiment fait du bien. En résumé, un séjour paisible et agréable .nous aimerions revenir !"
