"The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The conditions of hotel and room is immaculate. We have participated the klin cooking activity which is very fun even it was tiring and hot during the summer. During the preparation of food, we have been treated well with complimentary guava and winter melon iced tea. The hotel staff also arranged the additional farm visit and pond fishing. I'm glad to see the hotel put a lots of effort on promote Taiwan traditional food and old time leisure. It was a great experience for local and foreign visitors."

"唯一不足的是浴室跟廁所外面，沒有多一個門可以關起來，用來阻隔異味飄出，房間裡的人都聞到，浴室洗澡的水聲也很大聲，會影響到房間裡的人，如果這點得到改善，就很完美了！值得推薦跟再次入住的首選的酒店！"

"續住第二天房務人員打掃並沒有把門鎖上，留了一個門扣在外面，所以門根本不會自動帶上鎖起來，下午回房時發現打到櫃台反應，櫃台說會確認再回電，等到晚上都沒有接到任何回覆，也是要再自己去櫃台詢問得到一句略帶敷衍的道歉。 雖然沒有物品被偷，但發現房門因為門扣關係沒上鎖，誰不會生氣誰不害怕的，這間飯店設備不錯，也覺得很舒適才会續住，但櫃台人員的處理態度很敷衍，不過隔天早班人員的態度誠懇多了，辛苦了第二天的櫃台人員。"
