The room was spacious, clean, with exceptionally comfortable King bed and everything was high quality and felt fresh. We had a huge balcony overlooking the valley with great views. The breakfast was large and freshly cooked fusion of Taiwanese and western. Really tasty and filling. We were delighted to be given small gifts on departure. Highly recommended"

"一覽無遺的風景，前方亦是鹿野高台，吹著涼風，偶爾看著遠方的山景，讓人感到十分舒服。 一、二樓外部也都有桌椅供人休息、聊天，內部二樓也有沙發讓人休息，一樓更有讓人飲食的地方。 隔天的早餐也是非常豐盛美味，吃完在出去走走踏青，實在享受。"

"剛好是鹿野旅遊淡季，此時來可以享受包棟感受，沒有熱氣球但有遼闊大草原，晚上雖多雲運氣好仍能看到無光害冬季大三角，早餐CP值極高，還有原住民特色小米粽，交誼廳有免費餅乾自助吧，房間極乾淨，連窗簾都很乾淨，所有的設施都很新，所以很驚訝開暖氣時有飄出一點味道，可能有濕氣在內吧所以未使用空調，但不開暖氣棉被也夠溫暖，瑕不掩瑜"

"上去樓上需要爬一小段樓梯，因為為了環境乾淨，所以需要把鞋子放在一樓，上二樓已穿拖鞋為主，只是走路要小心，尤其長輩。小朋友因為只能穿大拖鞋，所以下樓時我們也有點擔心他會滑下來"
