"Superbe séjour. Le personnel était très présent pour nous aider à organiser nos visites. Vraiment nous les remercions énormément. L’hôtel est propre, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le meilleur reste le buffet du matin. Qui est simple excellent avec beaucoup de choix."

"L’hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville animé mais l’essentiel se trouve tout de même à proximité."

"Location is excellent. Rooms are clean albeit old. We had a small but nice bathrub. Very comfortable bed and mattress. No noise from outside or neighbours. Breakfast although mostly Taiwanese, it was very fresh and tasty with options like fried eggs or hard boiled eggs in sause, toasted bread , various spreads, fruits and veggies. Staff was friendly and accommodating with all our questions and requests. Everything better than our Taipei hotel. Few minutes away from the rear train station on foot."

"We could pay by card but the night reception girl had no idea you can use the phone to pay by card via NFC. There was some miscommunication, we thought they only take physical cards, we didn't have enough cash so there was some unnecessary stress 😬"

"Breakfast was amazing! There was a variety of dishes, from warm meals, kids meals to fresh fruits and desserts. The room's price was of great value with such a hearty breakfast. Staff gave the young kids small Christmas gifts when we checked in on Christmas Day. They also kept our luggage late at night as we went out for laundry service. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and there were all necessary amenities, combined with a couch, dressing table and chair."

"The room was a tad dated and old. The lights could only be turned off all at once. There was a lamp on the dressing table so it was okay to be used as a night lamp. On Google Maps, this hotel comes under the name Ding Chuan Hotel."

"- very good deal for the price - We found the most nice receptionist (sadly we don’t know her name, but she worked on 5th of September afternoon/evening). She made everything possible to help us out to find a way to go to Alishan when we could not get train tickets in advance. In the end, she even draw us a map where to find a bus, given the train station layout is quite weird and google maps recommends to go all the way around it, while you can cross the train station - complete breakfast, that also changes each day. We really liked the orange juice - The bed was super comfortable and big - We could park in front of the hotel, but there are only a few spots available. However, they also support you with parking somewhere else - Clean the room each day"
