"It was fabulous to stay where we could use the hot spring facilities. We arrived earlier than check in and it wasn't a problem to be able to use the hot springs. We were provided with a towel, bathrobe, shower cap (head covering required) and thongs (rubber slippers) in a basket and able to access the change rooms that had everything - lockers, showers and toilets, and then for afterwards a spinner to get water out of your swimmers, hair dryers, moisturiser etc. This meant we could have a spa and then go into town for lunch (we'd highly recommend Wuja Beef Noodles - use google translate for the all Chinese menu). Then when we returned our room was ready. We were then able to access the hot springs again before bed! We were travelling as a family and it was great to be able to get adjoining rooms. Finally, the in-room bath is also fabulous - deep Japanese style bath."
"The included breakfast had a comprehensive range of choices, but mainly asian and salad. There were no western options like eggs, yoghurt or cereal, which don't seem like a difficult thing to add and would have been nice for our Western breakfast tastes."
"We got a free room upgrade, which was very much appreciated. Big comfy bed and all the various amenities you could imagine in the room like indoor/outdoor slippers, robe, tea, coffee, etc."
"Not a dislike per se; the breakfast has decent varieties but could be better."
"The emergency instructions in the book located in the room as we encountered earthquake during our stay "All of the hardware devices in our hotel are adopted fire, shockproof structure and smoke detectors in every rooms". It was assuring. During check-in and throughout our stay, staff were all very respectful and polite to explain. As a Mandarin speaker, I did not encounter any problems at all. The kids enjoyed the outdoor hot spring onsen while I enjoyed my private onsen in the Japanese room."
"Breakfast taste and variant were not really very as international as compared to other major hotels. I was there during winter, food gets cold easily too. 3 things to consider improving on: 1. lack of hanging hooks for wet towels and wet yukata in Japanese room. 2. breakfast 3. shuttle service frequency / slots. I was there for 2 days, would be nice to have more bread warmer machines instead of just 1. Or soup like green bean, red bean soup, cream of mushroom etc. The peanut soup was different from expected and was sweet instead of salty. I guess could be just local TW taste, not sure. It wasn't a major issue as I was staying for just 2N. There is a limited number of slots that the shuttle will take despite them having 1 small bus and another 1 mini smaller bus. They only used 1 bus."
"It had its own private hot spring bath in the rooms. They also provided free scheduled shuttle services to town and back."
"Had only one lift that served the level my rooms were in."
"-Excellent customer service from all staff members -Fantastic outdoor hot spring pools -Complimentary drinks, snacks and flip flops -Lovely breakfast"
"The hotel seems a little dated and due to the nature of our room (Japanese style), it wasn't so comfortable. However we had a nice experience and wonderful stay there. More frequent shuttle buses would be helpful."
"The hot spring pools were amazing. Nice variation between them, with different temperatures and bubbles etc. It was also lovely to have a private hot spring bath in my room. The room was spacious and a nice temperature."
"The location isn't the most convenient. There aren't many restaurants nearby, and the nearest metro stations are a bit far (though the hotel does run a free shuttle bus roughly once an hour). Personally, I'd recommend staying here to use the hot springs, but not as a base for exploring other parts of Taipei."
"This is a reasonable resort if you come with the kids as they have child friendly hot spring while many other hotel/resort only let the adults using them. The hotspring facility is well run and maintained. We love the hot spring pools. Recommended for those that come with children. The other thing we love is the bathroom inside our room with a large and deep marble bath tub with a hotspring water tap. I love having my own private hotspring soak everyday I stayed at the hotel (and so do the children)."
"The furniture in the guestroom are old style, dated with clearly visible wear and tear. The breakfast has plenty of choices (mostly Asian style) but was not tasty. What disturbed me was that they called a normal steam bun with a thick white skin and dry pork filing (no soup) “xiao long bao” which gave me the filling of being cheated (every single person in Taiwan including the tourist should know what the real xiao long bao looks like. The Japanese restaurant is ok in term of food quality but super overpriced. Sometimes I have to ask twice for things to be done properly."
"Location and 10 minutes walk to Taipei 101 and MRT. Night market near by"
"Aucun."
"Good views from our bedroom. The spa was wonderful. It was nice having a restaurant on site. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Free transfer to the train station. The bathroom had a spa bath in as well as a good quality shower."
"Aucun."
"First thing is they attached the maintenance notice at the shuttle bus stop next to MRT Xinbeitou. That notice has mentioned about the purpose, the usage time of room service, restaurant, outdoor spring and shuttle. Another thing is their large outdoor spring area. They offer lots of different temp and SPA under security control. The other is their ecology. You could find the cicada during the breakfast time. How lucky an insect living at the good environment like that."

"Staff was so helpful and ensuring we got dinner at restaurants. The day of departure we were giving a ride to the train station. The hosts speak very little English but was overcome with Apps. Area was quiet and near visitor centre and the jump off point of the paragliding. Great breakfasts; one at b&b abd one packed at day of departure."

"My wife and I spent a night here on our Taiwan bike tour, and it was our favourite B&B by far! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we were warm, dry, comfortable and fed after being in the rain all day. We were grateful for the delicious food, and the opportunity to rinse off our bikes. I wish we could have spent more time here!"
"Un hôtel simple et confortable avec une grande chambre, très bien placé (arrêt de bus au pied de l’hotel). A deux pas du bord du lac et de l’embarcadère."
