"Sophia a consacre beaucoup de temps pour planifier mes journées aux alentours et même les jours suivants. Merci Sophia ! Rien que pour la gentillesse de Sophia et son beau père ça mérite 10. Mais ce n’est pas tout : la chambre est optimisée et ressemble presque à un petit appartement avec son coin cuisine et salle de bain. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de fenêtre mais l’agencement et la décoration moderne compensent. Situé en bas du village loin du bruit de la foule en ville… très calme et quasi à la campagne ! Bon petit dej du papa surtout son riz bien complété et gouteux. Merci encore pour votre chaleureux accueil."

"We had a great time here. Our host was very welcoming even though we arrived late due to my working hours. Our breakfast was filling every day. Fresh fruit and tea accompanied our sandwich. The walk into Jiufen is surprisingly short, and we followed our host's suggestion about how to get to the old street."

"The location is great. The way to park your car is a bit difficult te find but the owner was so kind to escort is down. The breakfast was nice and it is a small walk to the centre of Jiufen"

"The location was fantastic, a beautiful view from the room and common area and only 10-15 minutes walk to Jiufen Old Town. The host, Leo, and his daughter-in-law Sophia were lovely and very accommodating, making breakfast for us and giving recommendations on spots to visit."
"The room we stayed in was accessed via a very steep staircase with low headroom, although there were a few ground level rooms as well which would avoid those stairs. Also be aware that you may find bugs around, especially at night."

"Staff was so helpful and ensuring we got dinner at restaurants. The day of departure we were giving a ride to the train station. The hosts speak very little English but was overcome with Apps. Area was quiet and near visitor centre and the jump off point of the paragliding. Great breakfasts; one at b&b abd one packed at day of departure."

"Magnifique guesthouse au calme, entourée de verdure. Nous avons été gratuitement surclassé-es dans une chambre supérieure, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Vicki et sa mère étaient des hôtesses parfaites et avenantes, qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin. Comme nous arrivions en vélo, Vicki nous a proposé de commander et d'aller chercher en ville un dîner à emporter pour que nous n'ayons pas besoin de re-sortir, car la maison est assez isolée. Le petit-déjeuner maison était absolument délicieux, un des meilleurs que nous avons mangé à Taïwan. Nous sommes parti-es à regret !"
