"Avec un peu (beaucoup) de retard, voici mon avis sur cet endroit incroyable : A la base je devais ne rester qu'une nuit, mais son emplacement, le lieu à la fois moderne et bohème, si propre et épuré et aussi ultra sécurisé, sans parler du personnel tous aussi souriants les uns que les autres, m'ont fait évidemment rester 2 nuits de plus 😍 C'était ma première fois dans un hostel et j'en suis absolument pas déçue. Comment ne pas aimer cet endroit ? Merci encore pour l'accueil, pour avoir accepté que je puisse laisser mes bagages ma dernière journée et pour avoir été si bienveillants et accueillants. Si vous êtes une voyageuse seule, c'est un endroit où vous serez totalement bien et en sécurité. Mathilde - France"

"Beds are big considering they are dorm beds, each bed has a personal fan, safe, electrical outlets, and a curtain that wraps around the bunk. There is air conditioning in the room and they provide you with a large towel!"

"Not any hooks to hang up towel or wet swimsuit which would make a huge difference, and there was no soap provided in the bathroom."

"This is a very bougie hostel with great design. The interior is lovely and boutiquey and very easy on the eye. I loved the double bed design - every detail very well thought out. Piping hot water and ice cold a.c. Carabina was very kind and helpful ."

"Every thing! This has been the most luxurious hostel I've stayed at in Zanzibar. Clean bathroom, hot shower, large dorm beds, AC, safe box, lovely common area, beautiful garden, friendly people, on top of that the price. The value for money is crazy!!"

"Great place to stay just a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and many restaurants. Comfy beds with privacy curtains. All beds have a safe to store your valuables, anyways there is 24h staff within the entrance so you feel safe. I was happy with the breakfast. Very lovely staff. Cute cat and kittens :) Great place to meet other travelers. Internet is okay."

"The beds are very wide and extremely comfortable. There are the curtains around each bed that provide extra privacy. The hostel is very clean, and the interior design is tasteful and cozy. The staff were friendly, kind and always ready to help. Another big advantage is that the hostel has its own generator, so even when there are frequent power outages, it doesn’t affect the stay."

"The nicest hostel I have had in a long time, but still very affordable. Super modern and beautiful facilities. Close to the beach, and a very affordable (but wirh awesome food) beach restaurant called Blue Sea close by. Beds are comfortable and wide, and each bed has its own little professionel safe. Very friendly staff. All in all - fantastic. This hostel is a good base to start snorkeling for corals and enjoy a calmer environment than you'd find e.g. in Stone Town."

"Multiple times, electricity was only provided by a diesel aggregator. These times, the ac does not work as the diesel aggregator is not strong enough to power the ac's. However, the fan over your bed still works. And: This is NOT the hostel's fault - they cannot do anything for the unstable public electricity infrastructure at Zansibar. And at least they do have the diesel aggregator."
