"De locatie is heel gunstig, op loopafstand van een metro/bus station, winkels, restaurants. Het appartement zelf is erg schoon, uitgerust met alles wat een gezin met kleine kinderen nodig zou hebben( van speelgoed tot schoonmaak middelen). De host was altijd bereikbaar en hielp met alle vragen, tips and tricks. Volgende keer in Tasjkent boek ik zeker dit appartement weer!"

"Stayed here in May 2025 Overall its a very good location with lift which is rare for tashkent properties, easy access to shops, public transports and even good clinic near by Apartment is bright, with AC n TV in every room, not noisy from the road and not dusty as all windows could be closed at all time. Apartment hv everything u possible can think about from the adaptor for the power point to iron n hairdryer, kitchen is fully packed too - everything from spices to small items - cosy and easy"

"We stayed two nights and had a very good experience here. The Host is a very friendly, young man and helps you with everything you need. Checkin/out was uncomplicated & fast. We loved how new the interior of this apartment is, everything is top-notch. It has a fridge, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea and sugar, pots & pans to cook, washing machine, a very good shower, super new smart TV and a very comfortable bed. Everything was totally clean & in good shape. AC & Heating are also there. Has an extra sturdy lockable door, since it's an apartment block. A very pleasant surprise in a rather dull city like Nukus. The location is maybe a bit outside, but what are you gonna do in Nukus anyways. 5min to a Supermarket & we suggest going to "Premiere Lounge" if you're craving Western food. They have amazing burgers and very good drinks."

"The apartment is cozy, clean, comfortable, well equipped and bright. However, it is situated on the fourth floor (no elevator) of a Soviet era block of flats. The stairway is in a shocking state of neglect (for Western standards at least). In the apartment itself, the safe was blocked and the television didn’t work. The administrator was not available when called for these specific problems. A big plus is that the apartment is near a Metro station (Kosmomavtlar) and has a big supermarket just opposite."
