"Really clean and modern hotel, located in a grewt part of tashkent. The wait staff in the public restaurant were really good. Temur who works at the bar was especially great and was always happy to help and spoke great english. I'd definitely would stay again"

"Stayed at The Elements from January 15th to 19th and then on 20 to 22 January .Love their hospitality.Rooms are spacious, toilet has a water bidet, the shower was great. Easy for us as Muslim to perform the ablution. Breakfast spread was also awesome. They change the menu every morning. I love the hot baked butter croissants. Location are excellent. Beside the hotel just a walking distance, there are a few restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if I were in Tashkent"

"The staff is lovely and extremely helpful. Thank you to the receptionists who speak good english and to Jalol for his great service and support! The bed are comfortable, the shower is good and the gym is a nice plus!"

"The Gym could have more machines and a rowing machine that works (it's broken). The sauna was off in the evening making the spa experience a little less satisfying. But by all means still a great experience in Tashkent!"

"I would work on customer relationship during the breakfast. I felt the team need to recognize a single person who stays for 5 days and make sure they smile, greet guests first and reply in a more engaging manner. A bit more personalized."
