La douche, un petit peu petite et la climatisation aurait été la bienvenue

Il n'y a pas de wifi mais pour une nuit on s'en passe comparé a l'emplaceme et au rapport qualité prix

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer. On etait obligé d'ouvrir la porte du couloir pour laisser entrer de l'air frais.

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"Excellent stay, the host were attentive but at the same time they ensured privacy. The house is big, with a beautiful garden with the pool by the forest. Everything worked properly with all the things that u can have at home. We would love to be back on our next holiday in Lithuania. Thanks u"

"Très bel appartement spacieux dans un grand immeuble. Bonne situation à 7mn à pieds de la station BTS Nana et à environ 8mn de la station metro Sukhumvit. Idéal pour explorer Bangkok. Un 7eleven se trouve juste en bas. L'appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes avec tout le nécessaire en linge de lit et linge de toilette. Nous sommes restés 10 jours et la femme de ménage, adorable, est passée changer les draps. Il y a un local à poubelle sur l'étage ce qui es pratique pour le tri sélectif. Un grand merci à Mona pour ses réponses par message et sa gentillesse. C'était un très bon séjour."

La route en cailloux pour arriver à l hôtel

"L’appartement est propre, spacieux et très bien situé. Nous y sommes restés 10 nuits avec un bébé de 4 mois et tout était parfait. Son emplacement est idéal pour passer des journées à la plage. Il est à environ 20 minutes de marche du boardwalk de Myrtle Beach. J’ai bien apprécié le stationnement qui protégeait mon véhicule du soleil. Je retournerais à cet endroit n’importe quand!"

"Gentillesse du personnel, bonne localisation dans un quartier résidentiel, mais cependant animé, belle taille des appartements, intervention rapide de la maintenance en cas de petits problèmes, petite piscine accessible."

L'ensemble est un peu vieillot et mérite un rafraichissement. Des travaux sont justement programmés à partir de mars.

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

Malheureusement la plupart des chambres sont très obscures, sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur.

"Agencement fonctionnel. L'appartement est décoré avec charme. La terrasse est appréciable."

Pas de hotte pour aspirer les fumées.

"Le studio est spacieux et situé au sein d'une résidence agréable, idéalement placé car proche de la plage, de la piscine avec une vue extraordinaire sur le levé du soleil. Les espaces verts et le lac offrent un cadre de vie à une faune divergente, belle à observer. Le studio est proche des commerces, de restaurants et de l'aéroport. Toutefois, le calme et la détente y sont propices."

Les excréments de chiens que les propriétaires ne ramassent pas. Un tarif journalier pour l'emplacement du parking privé (envisager un forfait). Absence de ramassage des algues sur la plage, notamment du côté de la résidence. Dommage qu'il n'est pas possible de venir avec son animal de compagnie.
