Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer. On etait obligé d'ouvrir la porte du couloir pour laisser entrer de l'air frais.

"Bel appartement avec petit déjeuner très correct servi dans l'appartement. Magnifique vue sur tout La Paz, a proximité du quartier Sopocachi avec de nombreux restos. Possibilité de rejoindre le centre à pied. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt (7h du matin) et avons pu bénéficier de l'appartement de suite + petit déjeuner ! Bonne literie et douches chaudes"

Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans l'appartement. Avec les nombreuses vitres (chouette vue), il faisait vraiment frais dans l'appartement. Si vous venez avec de jeunes enfants, attention aux fenêtres qui s'ouvrent en glissière sans protection garde-corps (on était au 5eme étage.. )

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"Pristine; large, pleasantly decorated rooms; hot and cold water on each floor and coffee at reception; beautiful view out the back of the mountains. Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"We had a family room with a kitchen (all utensils included), which I highly recommend. The beds also had comfortable mattresses, fast internet, and adequate hot water. Breakfast is included in the price, including an omelet, salad, bread, and tea/coffee. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance."

The hotel is a bit tired and its age is evident. Our room also lacked a desk, forcing us to go down to reception to work on our laptop. After preparing a hot meal, we were forced to eat sitting on the bed, which was quite uncomfortable. But all these downsides are outweighed by the more significant advantages described above.

"Le personnel très gentil, le patron très serviable. Très bel accueil, dans le frigo on avait des bouteilles d'eau, 3 sachets pour faire un apéro ( cacahuètes,...) Le Petit déjeuner était très bon et très copieux. Le parking gratuit... À retenir c'est le patron qui est très attachant et trop gentil."

Vieille télé catholique, une tv plus récente avec un port HDMI serait bien😁 manque un peu de matériel de cuisine si on veut cuisiner

"Grande terrasse. Lit confortable avec couvertures bien chaudes. cuisine bien équipée. Accueil très cordial et personne compétente et disponible. Garage pour la voiture. Appartement très propre."

En janvier, il pleuvait et malgré chauffage ( pompe chaleur), il ne faisait pas très chaud dans studio. Garage pratique mais entree étroite. Bien pour petite voiture style polo sinon petit parking privé devant.

"Les hôtes sont particulièrement serviables et aux petits soins; j'ai trouvé Talica et Maggie formidables! Bon papport qualité prix. Propreté irréprochable. Le studio que j'ai occupé était très agréable et très bien équipé. Très pratique : un supermarché à proximité (5' à pieds) avec restaurant et ATM."

La route à proximité peut-être... A certains moments de la journée, la "Queens Road" est parfois bruyante sans que cela soit insupportable. Sinon, rien à dire.

"Bungalow sur la plage bien situé. Vue idyllique et environnement très agréable. Hébergement bien équipée et très confortable."

"L'hôtel edt idéalement situé dans Colombo dans un quartier très calme. L'hôtel est très bien équipé, propre avec une belle piscine. Notre appartement 2 cgambres était parfait, propre et grand. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner sur le roof top."

Les Couettes sont usées, ils faudra les changer; Il manque également des ustensiles de cuisine comme le mixeur, la bouilloire , les louches etc..dans l'appartement

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.
