"The comfort, accessibility and ease of the accommodation."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"Logement typique dans un quartier paisible et plutôt huppé. Appartement vaste, haut de plafond, sentiment d'espace, lumineux. Petite cuisine mais très bien équipée. Immeuble très calme. Écureuils sous les fenêtres: ça on adore!"

La literie a besoin d'être rénovée, elle est très inconfortable. La chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionne pas normalement ce qui n'émeut pas les propriétaires à qui nous l'avions signalé, il y a en effet un "truc" pour qu'elle fonctionne mais vu le prix du logement c'est dérangeant... En synthèse, on note un certain manque d'entretien de fond (il manque un spot dans la salle de bain, le rideau de la chambre est abîmé...) ce genre de détails qui nuisent au confort et d'autant plus à ce prix.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

"Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce bel appartement. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très gentils et la communication avec Mme Gisela était excellente. L'appartement était très joli, tout propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé."

"There is a kitchen where I was able to prepare my own meals. All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"The appartement was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and what can I say about the view!!! Exceptional, extraordinary, incredible!!! The bed was soooo comfortable it was a joy to snuggle it at night. Yolanda was our contact and she was very helpful, always available to answer our questions, to give explication and help us in our fabulous trip in Cusco!😍 Thanks so much Yolanda! On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

Le petit déjeuner très restreint en diversité, y compris sur le choix des thés, confiture. Manque de diversité dans la nouveauté, tous les jours la même chose. Pas de possibilité d’avoir du lait végétal pour les intolérants au lactose. Le bâtiment est vieillissant, faites attention au détail comme les joints de la salle de bain et autres accessoires usés, la planche à repasser.

"Καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης, σε μικρή απόσταση από Σύνταγμα, Ερμού, Μοναστηράκι, Πλάκα και Κολωνάκι. Όμορφη διακόσμηση και διάθεση βασικού εξοπλισμού."

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"L'endroit était super. Nous sommes arrivés après l'ouverture et tout était prêt pour nous. L'appartement est très confortable, idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les lits sont confortable et nous avions deux divan lits que les enfants ont bien aimé. La cuisinette était parfaite pour cuisiner nos repas. Super séjour."

Tout était bien. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine vu la température froide de février, mais la piscine parfaite. Si vous comptez cuisiner, il manque les essentiels comme sel et poivre ainsi que huile pour cuisson.

"The host and hostess were very kind and helped us check in almost close to midnight. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were simple and clean."

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"OUI, la personne des clés et moi nous sommes donnés RV et il était là. Il m'attendait au pied de l'immeuble. L'immeuble est très central, calme, propre, situé dans une rue très calme, à deux pas d'une grande avenue commerçante, à 5 min à pied de la place de la République. La chambre est aménagée comme une belle chambre d'hôtel de niveau intermédiaire, bien que nous soyons dans un immeuble locatif. Beaucoup d'espace global, un lit très confortable, salle de bain très propre, un petit frigo et pas mal d'espaces de rangement, et même un fer à repasser. J'ai passé une très belle semaine."

La salle de bains, merveilleusement propre, nécessite quelques petites réparations : le robinet de la douche est bloquée sur la douche haute et le siège de toilette qui ne tient pas en place correctement. J'aurais aussi aimé que la corde à linge puisse servir à qq chose; mais, vu l'aménagement, impossible de s'en servir en l'état. Peut-être faut-il installer un autre système? J'aurais aussi apprécié qu'en plus de la bouilloire, il y ait tasses et cuillères, pour le café ou thé du matin. Une lampe sur le bureau serait appréciable, et plus de ceintres dans la penderie aussi. L'homme qui m'a remis la clé m'a dit que la porte de la chambre se fermait toute seule. En fait, pour garder la porte fermée de l'intérieur, il faut la verrouiller; autrement, au moindre coup de vent dans les couloirs, la porte s'ouvre toute seule. Globalement, de petites corrections qui rendront le séjour encore plus agréable, car je me suis senti chez moi dans cette chambre.

La literie n'est pas des plus grandioses et le message d'accueil qu'ils envoient via Whatsapp, est truffé d'extraordinaires fautes d'orthographes.

"Très bon rapport qualité prix, l’établissement met à disposition un nombre important d’équipements tels qu’une salle de sport, 2 piscines, 2 jacuzzis, une navette qui permet d’aller à 2 très belles plages. L’équipe est au petit soin également. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées, la décoration est agréable. Tout est parfait !"
