"A lovely spacious apartment. Very clean. Great staff. Excellent value for money."

The amenities listing was incorrect for kitchenware. There was only 2 cups which to us did not equate to kitchenware. We booked an apartment with a kitchenette due to my food intolerances and needing to self cater. We did get some by asking.

"Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. Le personnel était bien disponible et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons cet établissement du fait de son emplacement et de la qualité des chambres. Nous n’hésiterons pas à y revenir."

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

Petit bémol au sanitaire ( mitigeur capricieux, écoulement lavabo faible.

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"There is a kitchen where I was able to prepare my own meals. All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

"Emplacement face à la mer, dans une résidence très calme. Nerja est top pour se reposer. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et propre. Je recommande à 100%"

"Proche du centre de plongée que nous recommandons fortement ils sont d'une gentillesse inégalable. La cuisine pourrait être rénovée et mieux équipée. Un Stender est disponible pour sécher le linge mais il est cassé et un peu de rouille attention aux habits blancs. Personnel très sympa"

"Le logement était fonctionnel avec un lit très confortable. La situation du gîte était idéale. Notre Hôtesse Inga s'est avérée très sympathique, prévenante et aidante. C'est un point important pour la Géorgie qui utilise une langue insolite. Elle s'est occupée des transferts aéroports et Giorgi était un excellent chauffeur. Il y avait des produits pour le petit déjeuner ce qui était appréciable pour les lève-tôt puisque beaucoup de commerces ouvrent tard."

Manque le fameux miroir grossissant pour les presbytes (un sacré plus pour les dames !) Indépendamment du gîte, avis aux voyageurs de bien traverser aux passages piétons sinon PV assuré (surtout pour les touristes !)

"Très bon accueil, merci aux équipes sur place. Côté appartement avec vue mer, rien à redire, c'est spacieux, les espaces partagés sont très propres et fonctionnels. Des résidents très agréables aussi mais ça ça dépend aussi de vous ;)"

Bon ce n'était pas du tout une surprise mais on est pas loin de la piste de l'aéroport, les nuisances restent très très ponctuelles avec seulement quelques vols en soirée.
