"Le décalage entre l'offre booking et la réalité. Il était écrit que dans le prix, il y aurait accès au SPA par ex, avec photo à l'appui, mais une fois arrivés, le SPA était en réparation/travaux, et il fallait aller dans un autre lieu (à 5min, c'est ok), mais les premiers arguments de notre hôte étaient que tout était en travaux...alors qu'on a bien senti que, compte tenu du peu de personnes présentes à Ischgl, tout était plutôt "fermé". Bref, un séjour moyen décevant notamment suite à un autre séjour l'an passé dans la même vallée, mais dans un établissement plus standing et.... moins cher."

"J ai fait une visite du site sur booking pour voir pour y aller l année… malheureusement il y a une réservation sans faire attention… certes de 1100€.., booking a expliqué la problématique et moi ils ont rien voulu entendre… Franchement je suis tombée malade à cause de tout cela"

"location wise, it was nice and the staff was friendly. I can't add more in terms if it was good."

"Beds were terribly uncomfortable as the mattress was really hard, pillows were flat and I had to fold it to get some height to support my neck or laid down clothes to sleep on top of. When we asked housekeeping, they said it was all they had. There was no wifi in the building and we would have to go to the main hotel for access. The rooms and furniture was terribly dated. Further, there is no sound insulation in the rooms so you can hear every door slam throughout the night and loud talking as people come back from a night out."

"Apartment was dated and the living space was not cosy / comfortable for 2 people. There was a table / chairs for 6 (took up too much room). The sofa faced the entrance door SPA was really noisy at times - eating and smoking in the jacuzzi"

"Location was amazing. There was a tunnel connecting to lifts. Also being able to use the spa at hotel madelaine was great. Staff was friendly."

"Although nothing has happened, the ski room did not feel secure. Anyone could literally walk into the ski room from the garage and grab anything they wanted."
