"The way they treated me is out of my expectations. They understood my situation of flights cancellation, modification and of course my financial changes. I really loved the staff, cleaning, friendly environment, cooking facilities and much more. Suggests everyone to come and enjoy luxurious facilities at low cost. Hats off to Penthouse Hotel."

Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

"We traveled on our bicycles and Highland lodge was the perfect stop between Afriski and Mokhontlong. Rooms were very large and so clean. Bed was very large and comfy. Staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend 👌🏼"

We would have enjoyed a desert after our dinner but it was not so important.

"Tout était parfait du début à la fin, de la communication avec Jessica avant notre arrivée, à notre départ ! Les lodges sont tous très bien équipés et la piscine vue mer fait de l’effet ! Pensez à faire vos courses avant de venir afin de pouvoir vous préparer des bons petits plats dans les cuisines des lodges ! 4x4 indispensable ou équivalent (nous étions en 4x2 et c’était ok). Pas de petit dej compris mais dispo à la demande, idem pour la climatisation pour le prix de 5000 colónes/j. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit dej ou la Clim et tout était ok ! Je recommande !"

"Très belle guest house située dans un petit village Nubien à quelques mètres du Nil, avec vue sur le barrage. Petit déjeuner copieux."

"Accomodation with history. The room was very nice and cozy. The owner was very nice, she cooked breakfast and dinner for us and it was possible to buy water there. When I was sick she made me tea and snack which I could take to the room. We had no car and they took us to Mavrovo. We really appreciate this! The location is also very good - near to Medenica and near to horse farm."

Everything was great, The only small suggestion would be to offer either thicker blankets or a cozy duvet for extra comfort for those who likes to sleep with the air conditioning but gets super cold easily 😅

The only downside was that the restaurant was closed due to the holidays.

"Petit endroit de paradis, avec un personnel disponible et sympathique. L'emplacement était carrément surprenant (face aux montagnes). Il y a un petit magasin si il y a besoin de petites choses directement sur le camping. J'ai pas eu le temps d'aller à la piscine et au restaurant, mais c'est à mentionner qu'ils sont présents."

Entrance is hard to find, I first thought I was in the wrong place.

The price is really good.I have no complain.

"le Breakfast, annoncé basique par notre réceptionniste, a finalement été plus complet, donc nous avons été agréablement surpris. Cpdt, quelques tartines de pain et un peut de confiture auraient été les bienvenue, même si pas indispensable. Le Café est bon. l'endroit est paisible et harmonieux, et l armoire réfrigérée a soda, est a portée de main."

Le seul point gênant, a été la serrure de la grosse porte d'entrée d'origine de l endroit, dont le bruit de la serrure fait un peut penser à une serrure de porte de prison et le bruit, peut déranger les gens qui dorment la nuit. cpdt, cet endroit est authentique, et agréable

As a grown up solo traveller, who is oftentimes ready to accept challenging environments, I cannot make any critical remarks. Right now due to the russian full scale invasion, hospitality businesses all over Ukraine are struggling for survival, which makes critical remarks even more misplaced. The bottom line is – I liked the property.

"L'endroit est dingue en terme de vue ! C'est sublime! La maison aussi est très jolie, nous avions deux chambres (il y a aussi des dortoirs). Les salles de bain communes étaient propres et le personnel charmant. Prévoir tout de même des boules quies pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger vous entendrez assez tôt l'animation !Le repas du soir était délicieux et partagé avec les autres voyageurs !"

"We stayed here in September after walking the Arctic circle trail. We were faster than expected, so we contacted the owner as soon as we arrived in town. He immediatly told us we could stay at the house and came to pick us up in 10min to bring us there. It is a bedroom in his home and he immediately made us feel very welcome. We had space in the fridge, the entire kitchen available and we were allowed to use the washing machine to clean all our stuff. The WiFi was also excellent. The host was very friendly and taught us lots about Greenland, Inuit culture and history and the surrounding area. He also offered to take us on a boat trip to the ghost village (at a much better rate than any other provider). All in all a great place to stay!"

As we were staying in someone's home and not a hotel, the place wasnt absolutely spotless, but it was clean and homey. It might not be to everybody's taste to share a bathroom with a family though.

"Un peu difficile d'accès, c'est la campagne, mais vu que le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport il n'y a pas eu de problème. Au contraire nous étions très bien et au calme."

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Villa Acasa, où nous avons passé quatre nuits. L’équipe d’accueil et de service est absolument incroyable, toujours souriante et d’une gentillesse sans faille. La propriétaire est également adorable et toujours prête à nous aider. Le cadre est magnifique, tout est parfaitement propre et harmonieux, et la nourriture y est délicieuse. Nous les remercions énormément et espérons pouvoir y revenir dès que possible !"
