"L’emplacement était merveilleux ainsi que la rénovation de cette belle maison traditionnelle. Le propriétaire que nous avons vu le lendemain nous a apporté des fruits frais au petit déjeuner, une attention délicate et appréciée. Il était charmant et très intéressant sur l’histoire et le patrimoine de son pays exposé dans sa maison avec passion.Un grandmerci a lui.."

Nous hesitions à entrer dans la maison ne sachant pas que la porte était ouverte et qu’il n’y avait aucun réceptionniste.

"The way they treated me is out of my expectations. They understood my situation of flights cancellation, modification and of course my financial changes. I really loved the staff, cleaning, friendly environment, cooking facilities and much more. Suggests everyone to come and enjoy luxurious facilities at low cost. Hats off to Penthouse Hotel."

Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

"We stayed here in September after walking the Arctic circle trail. We were faster than expected, so we contacted the owner as soon as we arrived in town. He immediatly told us we could stay at the house and came to pick us up in 10min to bring us there. It is a bedroom in his home and he immediately made us feel very welcome. We had space in the fridge, the entire kitchen available and we were allowed to use the washing machine to clean all our stuff. The WiFi was also excellent. The host was very friendly and taught us lots about Greenland, Inuit culture and history and the surrounding area. He also offered to take us on a boat trip to the ghost village (at a much better rate than any other provider). All in all a great place to stay!"

As we were staying in someone's home and not a hotel, the place wasnt absolutely spotless, but it was clean and homey. It might not be to everybody's taste to share a bathroom with a family though.

Salle de bain un peu petite

"The host was very kind and helpful. He kept me good company and he showed me around his village and Panjakent. The food he served was very good too!"

It had everything you need in a guesthouse. However, some reforms need to be made, but the host told me he's working on it

"Clean, spacious, quiet and best value for the money I've been able to find around these parts. The stores are close, parking is easy and available. Nothing to complain about!"

It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!

Le manque de prises électriques dans les chambres.. Service de blanchisserie compliqué.

"À même pas 10min de l’aéroport, un petit cocon parfait pour une nuit de transit (ou plus d’ailleurs). Isabelle nous a préparé un excellent repas. Il faut savoir que se loger ET se restaurer autour de l’aéroport est assez compliqué. Merci Isabelle pour son accueil. Je ne peux que recommander!"

le ménage et les draps laissent un peu à désirer et il n'y a jamais personne à l'accueil, j'ai beaucoup attendu pour le check in

"Great breakfast and I like that it was a la carte. I can't say enough about it nor about the staff. Everyone was very courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. I also loved the location, only a few minutes from Palais Sans-Souci and Citadelle."

The air conditioning was rationed a bit much

"L'emplacement est idéal, au cœur de la ville entre le fleuve et le château. Stationnement réservé devant l'entrée du logement. Petit déjeuner très copieux et propriétaires adorables et attentifs à notre bien-être."

La salle de bain à partager, le calme relatif. Prévoir des bouchons d oreille pour ne pas être réveillé aux aurores par le coq d'en face et un masque pour les yeux si sensibles à la lumière.

"L’établissement est localisé dans un lieu très agréable, au calme tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des plages. La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable. Et l’établissement est très chaleureux. Accueil formidable de Rose et de l’équipe, ce qui fait vraiment la différence !"

Un accueil un peu plus chaleureux des 2 personnes qui tiennent l'établissement.

"Il n’y a pas de réception, nous avons les clefs de l’entrée et de la chambre, ce qui signifie une grande autonomie. La responsable de l’hôtel est quand même présente en cas de nécessité."

Ce serait bien de mettre un petit miroir dans la chambre pour finir de se préparer sans mobiliser la salle de douche

"A very warm welcome from the host. The place is gorgeous! Very nicely decorated, well kept, unique and cosy. Very quiet and comfortable. Perfect for reading, relaxing, and getting a great night's sleep. Great value."

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"Gorgeous view from the apartment! There's a big window showing the beautiful mountains below. Beautiful interior design throughout!! The host was also very friendly 🌷 Buiilt as a compact studio apartment with a large bed, all beautifully designed. Next door there's a room that serves as a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. Lots of attractions nearby - Nimrod Fortress, Hermon Mountain site and cable car, Tel Dan, Ghajar village and Banias National Park."

Fortunately we travelled with a 4x4 wheel drive car -- a must-have to negotiate the steep roads in the village.

"Quaint, cozy village house with friendly, hospitable Belgian hosts who speak Bulgarian and will make you feel right at home. If you're into luxury and 5-star hotels, do not book here. This is a great place to stay if you like the countryside, peace and quiet, dogs and smiling faces. Totally recommended! P.S.: The lighting in my Bedroom 1 was state-of-the-art."
