"Endroit calme en plein centre de Nouakchott, petit jardin charmant avec piscine et surtout d'excellent petit-déjeuners réalisés maison, salade de fruits, pains frais tout droit venus de chez Eric Kayser (toujours juste ouvert à Nouakchott) et omelettes, cela fait plaisir."

"We traveled on our bicycles and Highland lodge was the perfect stop between Afriski and Mokhontlong. Rooms were very large and so clean. Bed was very large and comfy. Staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend 👌🏼"

We would have enjoyed a desert after our dinner but it was not so important.

"Clean, spacious, quiet and best value for the money I've been able to find around these parts. The stores are close, parking is easy and available. Nothing to complain about!"

It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!

Everything was great, The only small suggestion would be to offer either thicker blankets or a cozy duvet for extra comfort for those who likes to sleep with the air conditioning but gets super cold easily 😅

"Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable dans cet hôtel ! Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et parfaitement entretenues. La vue est tout simplement magnifique, un vrai bonheur chaque matin. La piscine est superbe, idéale pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du cadre paradisiaque. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est le personnel. Toute l’équipe est attentionnée, professionnelle et toujours souriante. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Thomas, qui nous a énormément facilité notre séjour aux Seychelles. Il a été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables, toujours prêt à aider et à donner de précieux conseils. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. It had everything you need in a guesthouse. However, some reforms need to be made, but the host told me he's working on it

"Warm welcome from our hosts. You really feel like at home. Located a little bit outside the center of Jose Ignacio, we appreciated the calm of this area Excellent breakfast outside in front of the beautiful swimming pool. Homemade breads, natural fruit juice, fresh fruit salad... a very start for a day in Jose Ignacio"

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kleines praktisches Zimmer mit kleinem Badezimmer(chen) zu einem angemessenen Preis. Bei Buchung wurde auf das kleine Badezimmer hingewiesen. Sehr bequemes Bett mit offenen Bettende und guter Matratze. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück mit verschiedener Wurst, Käse und Marmeladen und Gebäck. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Das kleine Badezimmer(chen) ist wirklich sehr klein. Ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, weil es wurde bei der Buchung schon drauf hingewiesen.

"Petit endroit de paradis, avec un personnel disponible et sympathique. L'emplacement était carrément surprenant (face aux montagnes). Il y a un petit magasin si il y a besoin de petites choses directement sur le camping. J'ai pas eu le temps d'aller à la piscine et au restaurant, mais c'est à mentionner qu'ils sont présents."

The price is really good.I have no complain.

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

"I arrived late and the taxi driver was unsure of the location. However the owner ( manager) came out to meet us and showed me the cabin, there was a language barrier as I don’t speak French, however with the help of google translate this was overcome. The breakfast was good and plentiful with egg, dates, yoghurt and bread with a juice and coffee. The owner was very helpful despite the language, the cabins are functional and good fun and first thing I walked (30 seconds) to the beautiful beach at sunrise!"

Un accueil un peu plus chaleureux des 2 personnes qui tiennent l'établissement.

"Melchior et son personnel vous font passer un très agréable séjour et en plus ce sont d'excellents cuisiniers - poissons, viandes, pizzas, ou plats "fusion" - un vrai régal ! Les bungalows sont bien aménagés et décorés avec goût. L'espace extérieur bien que pas très grand est superbement aménagé avec différents petits coins pour discuter ou prendre l'apéro avec d'autres voyageurs... La vue est aussi très agréable avec l'île de rubane en vis à vis. Le port et les petits magasins/Mercado sont à proximité."

"L’endroit ( la mer était de l’autre côté de la rue et un passage pour y avoir accès était en face de l’hôtel ). Très sécuritaire le quartier jamais on été importuné par personne. Endroit très tranquille La piscine super propre et bien entretenue. La lumière d’ambiance dans la piscine c’était top. La terrasse devant la porte piscine avec douche c’était super pour relaxer La chambre merveilleux la Douche super Les déjeuners wow magnifique déjeuner très copieux et très bon Des bons restos adjacent et un mini marché"
