"Gorgeous view from the apartment! There's a big window showing the beautiful mountains below. Beautiful interior design throughout!! The host was also very friendly 🌷 Buiilt as a compact studio apartment with a large bed, all beautifully designed. Next door there's a room that serves as a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. Lots of attractions nearby - Nimrod Fortress, Hermon Mountain site and cable car, Tel Dan, Ghajar village and Banias National Park."

Fortunately we travelled with a 4x4 wheel drive car -- a must-have to negotiate the steep roads in the village.

Possibilité de faire une excursion pour voir les bec-en-sabot depuis la rive de l’hôtel. L’homme qui était à la réception était très serviable et nous a arrangé toutes les excursions et transfert pour l’aéroport. Belle piscine disponible."

Un petit point négatif concernant la proximité de la boîte de nuit en pleine air

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

le ménage et les draps laissent un peu à désirer et il n'y a jamais personne à l'accueil, j'ai beaucoup attendu pour le check in

"La gentilesse de Eva, qui m'a aidé car je me suis foulée la cheville pendant le voyage. L'aménagement parfait de la cuisine et des chambres qui nous a permis de cuisiner. Le lit et la petite chaise pour ma fille, ce qui était vraiment bien pour passer quelques jours tranquillement. Merci !"

"We stayed here in September after walking the Arctic circle trail. We were faster than expected, so we contacted the owner as soon as we arrived in town. He immediatly told us we could stay at the house and came to pick us up in 10min to bring us there. It is a bedroom in his home and he immediately made us feel very welcome. We had space in the fridge, the entire kitchen available and we were allowed to use the washing machine to clean all our stuff. The WiFi was also excellent. The host was very friendly and taught us lots about Greenland, Inuit culture and history and the surrounding area. He also offered to take us on a boat trip to the ghost village (at a much better rate than any other provider). All in all a great place to stay!"

As we were staying in someone's home and not a hotel, the place wasnt absolutely spotless, but it was clean and homey. It might not be to everybody's taste to share a bathroom with a family though.

La vue est tout simplement magnifique, un vrai bonheur chaque matin. La piscine est superbe, idéale pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du cadre paradisiaque. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est le personnel. Toute l’équipe est attentionnée, professionnelle et toujours souriante. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Thomas, qui nous a énormément facilité notre séjour aux Seychelles. Il a été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables, toujours prêt à aider et à donner de précieux conseils. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
