La nourriture était bonne peut être un peu plus de choix au petit déjeuné serait vraiment incroyable mais ça reste super ❤️

"Le staff était aux petits soins. Tout le personnel était irréprochable sans exception. L’hôtel avait une vue imprenable donnant sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner était très varié, à part le buffet on pouvait demander tout ce qu’on voulait (omelettes de tout genre, pancakes, ice latte, jus d’orange) et tout se préparait à la minute. Sans oublier aussi la piscine qui était très agréable."

L’hôtel doit connaître un peu de rafraichissement de quelques équipements. Une petite restauration et un peu d’entretien s’imposent. On aurait bien voulu voir un peu plus de résidents à l’hôtel 😊

"Hotel remarquable, une vue superbe, des restaurants haut de gamme, et du personnel très à l'écoute, aimable. Nous sommes arrivées épuisées, c'était un vrai repos. Juste une suggestion d'amélioration : prévoir quelques lieux sans musique de fond pour lire au bord de la piscine ou un repas au calme. Sinon tout était parfait ! Les excursions sont bien organisées, le spa est étonnant avec des cabines vue mer. Je vous conseille le restaurant au dernier étage, la vue est dingue."

Un seul truc : une musique dans les restaurants et à la piscine trop présente. Prévoir des lieux plus calme pour ceux qui aiment lire ou écouter le ressac de la mer.

"Благодарим за избора на стая в Royal Castle, най- луксозния хотел. Гледката беше отлична. Тъмна и тиха стая. Просторна стая и голяма баня от мрамор. Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Съчетанието с дива гора 🐺 и море е невероятно за почивка."

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

"Nice resort with lots of facilities. Very nice pool with bubble bath. Sauna, workout, and much more. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Decent brekky. Good restaurant for dinner. Room was nice."

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

Dommage que le pdj ne soit pas à la hauteur, le buffet est vraiment léger, il n’y a pas grand chose La femme de chambre est rentrée dans notre chambre à 10h alors que nous étions encore dedans

"Le chalet était propre. Passage de la dame de ménage tous les jours est un avantage. Personnel à l'accueil disponible pour répondre aux interrogations et conseiller."

Pas de WiFi dans les logements.

"Ate at Five Foot Door a michelin star restaurant and had a most memorable experience with exemplary service staff and sumptuous food."

Toilet inside hotel room had a cigarette smoke smell.

"Tout était très très bien Le personnel très professionnel, très sympathique, très à l’écoute. Toujours un mot gentil. Petit déjeuner très bon, très varié, très copieux Les repas très bons. Étant venu il y a quelques années on a constaté une très grande différence dans les plats, une très grande amélioration, très fin. Félicitations au Chef et à son équipe. Le service en salle parfait, félicitations à l’équipe de salle aussi. Au bar, supers cocktails en particulier la pinacolada 👍👍merci à la très gentille barmaid que nous avons bien reconnu, trop sympathique."

"Chambre très propre, personnel aux petits soins (c'est vraiment rare), emplacement en bord de plage. Petit balcon avec vue sur mer, belle salle de bains. Bouilloire, café, thé ,frigo. Excellent petit-déjeuner, les pieds dans le sable. Belle aire de détente à la réception. Le complexe se situe directement sur le family trail. Nous avons également diné sur place, ce fut un pur moment de détente."

Pas de navette/ charrette du port jusqu'à l'hôtel (1.5 km). Pensez-y pour les bagages.

Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.

"L'extérieur du site est magnifique. Par contre, la plage est très petite et nous n'avons pas pu en profiter, le drapeau rouge étant levé car il y avait trop de vagues pendant notre séjour. Le personnel est sympathique."

Les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées, elles sont très anciennes et les portes ne fonctionnent pas correctement. La salle de bain est à refaire entièrement.

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

Il y aurait pu y avoir au moins un menu ou deux en anglais. C'est pas toujours facile car seul le néerlandais et l'allemand sont disponible.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

"A very nice and clean room. It's newly renovated. It was -8°C outside during our vacation, so we didn't even always turn on the heating because the apartment was so warm. The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares

"Nous avons passé 4 jours fabuleux au Mahina Lodge! Annarine & Rodney sont super accueillants et très arrangeants ! Ils nous ont préparés de supers plats et on était à nos soins tout le long ! Je recommande ++"
