"Great breakfast and I like that it was a la carte. I can't say enough about it nor about the staff. Everyone was very courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. I also loved the location, only a few minutes from Palais Sans-Souci and Citadelle."

The air conditioning was rationed a bit much

Le fait d'arriver et d'être seul alors que l'accueil pouvait se faire jusqu'à 19h. Ensuite, il ne nous est jamais arrivé de devoir choisir ce que nous allions déjeuner. Et même après ce choix , nous avons été déçus car il n'y avait que du jambon et très peu de pain... Pour le prix, je pense que c'était assez cher. La saison morte peut expliquer cela mais pas le prix...

"Location was amazing, the food you can have at the izakaya was amazing. They could speak english and one of the person working there translated the whole menu for us. They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."

"Simples e aconchegante, quarto tamanho médio, frigorífico em ótimas condições, jarra elétrica no quarto, há 6 chás 2 águas, a cama era confortável, macia, lençóis brancos, macio e pareciam bem limpos, toalhas brancas limpas e cheirosas, o quarto parecia limpo, TV em ótimo funcionamento, fácil acesso, fácil contato com administradores, 1km do centro mais ou menos. Casa de banho em bom estado, parecia limpo, com sabonete e tapete a água quente boa."

O chuveiro, pode melhorar a ducha.

"Used as a base as we were visiting family , so a good location for that. Fairly quiet location & only 15 minutes stroll to Front St . Owner wasn’t seen but was easily contactable by mobile. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy."

Property in need of a refresh which I believe they are in the process of doing .

"I needed somewhere convenient on route to Sumy and this was perfect after passing through Kyiv quiet, comfortable and the restaurant was excellent"

Attention, le lodge est situé en hauteur : pour y accéder, 4x4 obligatoire (si vous louez une voiture ; les taxis réservés par l’hôtel le sont) et bonnes chaussures anti dérapantes vivement recommandées

"Petit endroit de paradis, avec un personnel disponible et sympathique. L'emplacement était carrément surprenant (face aux montagnes). Il y a un petit magasin si il y a besoin de petites choses directement sur le camping. J'ai pas eu le temps d'aller à la piscine et au restaurant, mais c'est à mentionner qu'ils sont présents."

Franchement rien du tout. Tout était super.

"I checked out the room and then in the airport I got the news that my flight was delayed for 5 hours. I came back in the hotel and they allowed me to stay in my room. Thanks for understanding. The hotel doesn't offer food though they recommended the good restaurant nearby. They have a driver to arrange a transfer when necessary. So nice when we were in a rush to the airport!I"

I would recommend to renew towels. They were clean but old.

"Essa foi a melhor estadia q ja fiquei em São Paulo, a marli é um amor, seu esposo tbm é super receptivo, o quarto é bem confortável e muito limpo, o banheiro tbm é muito limpo, a casa é aconchegante e familiar, sem falar na localização q é ótima, próximo ao mercado e ao metrô. Fiquei a vontade e me sentindo em casa mesmo,a marli tbm prepara um café da manhã com muito carinho ,eu e meu esposo com certeza voltaremos em outras oportunidades."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique B&B en campagne ! Accueil très aimable de la propriétaire ! Chambre confortable et bien isolé ! Il est possible d’utiliser la grande cuisine qui se trouve à proximité de la chambre et qui est une cuisine partagée ! Nous avons eu le droit un petit déjeuner excellent et gargantuesque et fait maison, merci encore ! Je vous recommande +++ Nous reviendrons sans problème car nous avons eu un coup de cœur !"

Dommage que ma climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais j'ai eu une autre alternative.

Hélas clim défectueuse mais hôte réactif en nous proposant un ventilateur très silencieux et ce fut très bien.

"We loved our time at Malcolm Lodge. It was perfectly located on such beautiful grounds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. Paulette went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and allowed us to have friends over that we hadn't seen in 15 years. We were made to feel very welcome."

le ménage et les draps laissent un peu à désirer et il n'y a jamais personne à l'accueil, j'ai beaucoup attendu pour le check in

Le bruit en raison de la proximité avec la route.

"Hotel hyper calme (étais-je le seul client ?). Réceptionniste très aimable et serviable. Très grande chambre et calme malgré la vue sur une artère principale."

Peut-être un peu loin du centre. Spa en supplément à 390 MDL !

Un grand merci à Nataliya qui est venue nous chercher au ferry à notre arrivée, ce fut très apprécié. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !"
