It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!

Un accueil un peu plus chaleureux des 2 personnes qui tiennent l'établissement.

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

La salle de bain à partager, le calme relatif. Prévoir des bouchons d oreille pour ne pas être réveillé aux aurores par le coq d'en face et un masque pour les yeux si sensibles à la lumière.

No hay nada que no me gusto. Lo encontre marsvillos. Todos lugares atraen personas de distintos gustos...si te gusta una experiencia personal en una casa de historio que transmite cultura y preocupacion, esto es

Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est le personnel. Toute l’équipe est attentionnée, professionnelle et toujours souriante. Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Thomas, qui nous a énormément facilité notre séjour aux Seychelles. Il a été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables, toujours prêt à aider et à donner de précieux conseils. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
