"Excellent location. Free parking (I want to emphasize that it is very difficult to find accommodation with free parking in Sveti Vlas). Clean and spacious rooms. Nice outdoor area. The owner let me check in late in the evening. He was very friendly and did everything possible to make my stay perfect."

"Excellent location! A family room with an enormous terrace overlooking the riviera and the bay. The views are astounding. Close proximity to the beach, promenade, and all the restaurants. Best for its price. Very hospitable hosts."

"Broken swimming pool without water (but personal wrote this info earlier, they informed us) beach is 2 min walk from hotel but you must pay 10 euro for one bed on beach😒..it was sucks..hotel was far from place what we needed.."

"The two room apartment was clean and nice. The entire complex was clean and well maintained. Food at the restaurant was excellent, and so was the pool. The personnel was polite and well prepared. The place is very close to the beach. Overall a nice, pleasant experience."

"Den vorherigen Bewertungen nach habe ich ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Man hat gemerkt, dass es Ende der Saisson war. Das Restaurant war schon geschlossen.Das Zimmer war für den Preis ok, aber die Bettkante abgerissen, wo ich mich auch verletzt habe, die Vorhänge gerissen, somit auch kein Zuziehen möglich. Es war fürs Auge sauber, aber man hat noch fremde Haare gefunden, Verlängerungskabel nicht lang genug um den Kaffeekocher richtig anstecken zu können. WiFi hat nicht funktioniert, obwohl damit geworben wird."

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sveti Vlas! Location: The location is perfect — It is right on the Sveti Vlas New Beach and in short walking distance from Venid Beach, which is a lovely beach. It is also very close to the bus stop, which made getting around easy even without a car. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless and very well cleaned. View: The view from the balcony was amazing — overlooking both the pool and the sea. Management: Communication was smooth and quick, and they were always available whenever we needed something, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was an ideal place for a family holiday, and we would happily return!"

Като започнем от местоположението - точно над яхтеното пристанище и минем през уютната и чиста стая, оборудвана с всичко необходимо и с невероятна гледка към морето, прекрасно озеленен комплекс, ресторант с изключително вкусна храна, много любезен домакин Людмил,безплатен паркинг и не на последно място близостта до плажа- на 2 минути път! Горещо препоръчвам! Със сигурност ще го посетим отново!"
