First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com. "The compound is very cosy with lots of fireplaces and areas to play and chill. Although there where a lot of guests the last night we barely noticed them. The outdoor kitchen is very pleasant to use and the showers and toilets where comfortable. We are fond of the place, very easy going, close to nature and basic with a comfort-plus."

We felt lucky we brought our own chairs. The chairs available where great to use for sitting at the table and for eating but not for chilling at the fire pit. The beds where hard. I didn't mind but I can imagine some people don't like a hard matras.

"Le logement est situé à une dizaine de minutes en bus de l'aéroport, et autant à pieds de l'arrêt le plus proche. Sur une semaine, cela nous a permis d'accéder à bon nombre de sites remarquables sans avoir à louer de voiture. La kitchenette était suffisamment bien équipée pour nous permettre d'y manger après nous être approvisionnés au supermarché local. La chambre était très confortable, avec une vue d'exception sur le port. Notre hôte, Kristjan, s'est montré extrêmement sympathique et réactif à nos demandes le cas échéant."

Les cloisons sont très fines aussi, selon la discrétion de nos voisins, cela pouvait être parfois un peu bruyant.

Le mode de paiement n'est pas claire entre la carte et l'espèce sur le site booking. Ils ne veulent que de l'espèce. La plage qui est désignée comme "accès plage" est finalement à plus de 6 km

"We made use of the campsite. The food was amazing and we were very happy to make use of the outdoor shower and having our hiking clothes washed. Back on the trail feeling refreshed! The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place!"

Le logement est vraiment réalisé avec goût et nous n'avons eu aucun problème d'eau chaude. Il nous a même été apporté un brasero dans la cheminée car la soirée était fraîche. Nous avons énormément apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, en particulier d'Ariane. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et nous avons diné tous les soirs sur place, le restaurant propose de nombreux plats excellents. L'emplacement est parfait pour accéder aux activités du parc Nyungwe, en particulier le tracking des chimpanzés qui débute au milieu du parc (cette activité débutant tôt, l'équipe nous a même préparé un breakfast bag la veille !)."
