"مكان جديد ونظيف وموقعه رائع والساحة الخضراء مناسبة الشقة المكونة من غرفتين مساحتها ممتازة ولها اطلالات رائعة من الجانبين. وجود مساحات جدا جميلة لمن اراد السباحة في البحر."

"الشقق موجودة بالدور الثالث لكل فيلا، والوصول اليها يتطلب الصعود بالدرج وسيكون متعب لمن لديه مشكلة بالطلوع بالدرج. خصوصية المسابح في الفلل غير مناسبة، يمكن لمن يمر في الممرات بين الفلل والبحر كشف هذه المسابح، وكذلك من هم بالشقق اعلى الفلل يطلون بشكل مباشر على مسابح الفلل."

"The best hotel in Saudi Arabia in terms of value for money. I’ve stayed in different cities for two months, but this hotel truly stands out. They genuinely care about their guests and treat you with real hospitality. Everything is professional, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is brand new. I highly recommend it if you’re in Khobar. They also have a network of hotels across the country. For me, this was the best option. Special thanks to Mr. Issam and Mr. Said for your support, kindness, and responsiveness. Bravo!"
