Séjours chez l'habitant au Liberia

"Fantastic, amazing,clean beautiful cosy place. Very friendly and felpful owner, he brought us butter, as I forgot and also tea. He helped me about what to see in the area. Very very cosy,home atmosphere. I am so so happy to choose this accomodation and I highly recommend it to everyone. At 10.00 pm there is silence. Parking next to house. Everything is very close."

Cher, il y a des chambres d’hôtels pour mon cher. Mais c’est bien équipé et bien placé. La vraie amélioration serait de goudronner le petit parking privé. Bon, je suis motard et c’est vrai qu’un parking en caillasse, c’est pas top pour les Manœuvres.

For me, having visited the Singapore tourism highlights on a previous visit, it was not an issue at all, but good to be aware that those highlights take a bit of time to get to. Also good to be aware you are welcomed into an actual home while the owners are living there. It's part of the charm.

I did not like that there were no mats on the bedroom floor or kitchen. No dish soap, no hands soap, no paper towel or even a kitchen towel. I been to one air BNB and two hotels and only blue star provided nothing for their guests. I was shocked but it is what it is. I learnt so I know now what to expect should I book it against. All in all it was a great stay and a beautiful place.

"We had a truly great stay at Vila Davor, Turistička 8- Peštani. The location is phenomenal, at least in our case with small children, because the apartment is less than 10 meters from the private beach with sunbeds. In same house there is a beach bar and kayak and sup board rental. There is a supermarket and several restaurants of national cuisine nearby. As for sightseeing, the entire area around the lake and the Galicica National Park are a 15-20 minute drive away. The host is pleasant and ready to help in any way that would make the stay more pleasant (cheers Mishko). The house is a little bit older, but the apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is shared and with basic things as it is noted in the offer so that is not a complaint. It is a bit more difficult to park if you have a large vehicle, but the host can find you a safe and large parking lot in the immediate vicinity. And the biggest plus at least for us- they are pet friendly."

"La chambre familiale est super et surtout loin de la route donc du bruit. Et en plus il y a un salon extérieur. La cuisine est super bien équipée et propre. Luis et sa famille est adorable et répond à toutes les questions. Le petit déjeuner est bon surtout celui proposé avec de l' avocat 🥑"

Juste une amélioration à prévoir pour les longs séjours : proposer un nettoyage de l' habitation et surtout un vidage des poubelles au milieu du séjour

"Elvis and Claudia are wonderful hosts. Helping you out with their local knowledge, lifts to different places in Georgetown and advice on what to do. The rooms come with a very quiet AC and a comfortable bed. The area is safe and a local store is less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast of scrambled eggs with toast was just what I wanted. While they advertised a check-in and out time they are very flexible. Free Tea and coffee was supplied in the dining room."

"Breakfast was very good. The beach was very clean. The room was smaller than what I thought it would be. The staff was very friendly and very helpful."

The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. When staying here one can get closer to locals, animals, cultural sights, traditions, local way of life, nature and the PNG culture in general then in any other accommodation. "Very good location, close to the city beach , 5 min on foot. There is a pool on property which is very practical when it is hot during the day and you do not feel like walking to the beach. An outdoor kitchen is available, there is a gas stove, BBQ place etc, very useful for people wanting to cook. The apartment is clean, spacious and right for our group. The hosts are extremely nice people, ready to help when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to travellers! Thank you Safar guest house!"
