"Attention ne pas se fier aux anciens commentaires et la mauvaise moyenne car changement de proprietaire. La propreté, l'accueil de Mama Fifi sont exceptionnels. Elle est comme une maman à nos petits soins et nous prépare des petites attentions. Pain et café offerts et aussi avocats et bananes quand j y étais. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Wifi à venir sans doute."

Rooms very very basic and had a mould issue. But other than that was okay. We didn’t have bed bugs in our room, but we met other backpackers in the dorm beds that said they did have them…

"Wonderful staff; onsite restaurant including with a wide choice on menu, reasonably priced if using the unofficial exchange rate. My room was situated by the lake edge and was such a wonderful experience listening just to the waves crushing in the night and awaking to a wonderful sunrise. Truly bliss. Thought powered by solar, my shower was reasonably hot and lighting though dim was constant. I still recommend taking a torch for the sometimes power cuts. Be sure to arrange a boat trip….. you won’t regret it. Eagle bird, cliff jumping and snorkelling. One might even be able to visit the Rastafarian community near by."

Wifi was only available in reception area and to reach room I had to negotiate a steep set of stairs where railings were sometimes missing. Could be potentially dangerous and not recommended if one suffers from knee problems. Whilst orders were excellent the service could be vastly improved. Orders took for ever to arrive and were often cold. Management, if reading, please sort this out!

"Kelly and his family are amazing hosts. We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! Hope to see you again!"

It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

"Très très bien situé dans le vieux Prizren. A 15 minutes du terminus d'autobus. L'endroit est joli et propre. La cuisine à du sens pour se faire a manger et j'ai très bien dormi. Le matelas était très bien."

C'est la première fois que je vois un hostel/hotel ou il faut payer pour avoir une serviette pour la douche. Ajuster votre prix en conséquence. Prendre une douche ça va de soi. Et côté pratique, plusieurs petites lacunes. Il serait intéressant d'installer des crochets dans la salle de bain pour les vêtements et la serviette. Et réinstaller le rideau pour le lit dans le dortoir. Il y avait un commentaire le 6 août d'une cliente qui n'en avait pas. Vous n'aviez pas le temps de le réparer. Vous m'avez donné le même lit en parfaite connaissance de cause le 16 août. Et finalement les armoires sont très bordéliques. Ca serait bien d'avoir des bacs. J'ai pourtant identifié mes choses et je me suis fait voler mes céréales
