We feel in family! :-) Kelly is so helpful and talkative, always able to give suggestions and help finding activities to do, contacts, etc. His son, Junior, went with us to many places and activities and we fell him like a younger brother! :-) All the family made us feel welcome and at "home far from home". Installations are simple, but in a nice location, in the countryside, quite and friendly place, not far from Goroka center/easy bus connections but we have everything we needed, even to cook our meals. If you want a simple and family place to stay, with someone who will help you around, this is the place! If once I go back PNG and Goroka, I'll stay here again! :-) Thanks Kelly, Junior and family! It's normal to have light and water cuts. But it's common in the region/general problem and not from the place.

"I had a truly wonderful stay here. The front desk staff was incredibly nice, patient, and easy to talk to, he made the whole experience even better. The hotel has everything you would need, including a hair dryer. The bathroom and shower were especially great, very clean and comfortable. I was also really touched by the sign at the entrance of the bathroom clearly stating “Female Toilet, males not allowed.” It shows real respect for women and made me feel very safe. Little details like this genuinely warm your heart. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has such a low rating on Booking. If the full score is 10, I would definitely give it a 10. Thank you again, I truly loved my stay here."

"Très très bien situé dans le vieux Prizren. A 15 minutes du terminus d'autobus. L'endroit est joli et propre. La cuisine à du sens pour se faire a manger et j'ai très bien dormi. Le matelas était très bien."

C'est la première fois que je vois un hostel/hotel ou il faut payer pour avoir une serviette pour la douche. Ajuster votre prix en conséquence. Prendre une douche ça va de soi. Et côté pratique, plusieurs petites lacunes. Il serait intéressant d'installer des crochets dans la salle de bain pour les vêtements et la serviette. Et réinstaller le rideau pour le lit dans le dortoir. Il y avait un commentaire le 6 août d'une cliente qui n'en avait pas. Vous n'aviez pas le temps de le réparer. Vous m'avez donné le même lit en parfaite connaissance de cause le 16 août. Et finalement les armoires sont très bordéliques. Ca serait bien d'avoir des bacs. J'ai pourtant identifié mes choses et je me suis fait voler mes céréales
