Malheureusement été déçus par le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas. C'est le point qui nous a le plus dérangés et qui a gâché le séjour car j'ai payé un supplément pour profiter de cette option avec mes enfants cela devait être une surprise. Je tiens tout de même à remercier le membre du personnel qui a tenté de faire une réparation. Malgré ses efforts et sa bonne volonté, le problème n'a pas pu être résolu. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter durant notre séjour.

"very good location uphill, very far from street noise. we enjoyed seaview and city lights at horizon, that fara we could see from the highest small house. we got some hammocks up there and were having fun next to the amazing nature whilst chilling on the balcony, thanks to guys who secured our stay"

"Чудове місце для відпочинку сімʼєю. Дуже задоволені. Було дуже затишно і комфортно. Велика територія біля котеджа – є все необхідне для барбекю, альтанки і качелі для дітей. Відпочивали взимку, але в приміщенні було дуже тепло. Є санвузли у кожній спальні, що дуже зручно. Окреме спасибі пані Олі, адміністратору котеджа. Турбувалася про нас, щоб ми почувалися максимально комфортно. Плануємо повернутися сюди влітку 🙂"

Трошки замалий холодильник. Було б добре, щоб він був трохи більшим і мав трохи більшу морозильну камеру. Також не зайвими були б ще кілька кастрюль та великі миски.

Arrived at 11.30am to some "surprises" from the night before & no beer in the restaurant - someone had a great night! Good for them! Cleaning was dealt with quickly & beer was eventually delivered. A one-off, I'm sure..

"The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and we felt like home. New AC, clean and well attained. The surroundings are excellent as well as the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Accessibility was good. It is a little far from the city but there is a bus stop about five minutes from the property where the Airport bus stops. A rental vehicle would be recommended. We knew that and the remote location was very soothing for us."

The outside property had some very minor issues; it felt a bit barren and the pool could‘ve been better maintained. We would have liked simple room cleaning very days without having to ask for it because it made us feel a bit uncomfortable to request it. Plus, to avoid all these plastic bottles, we would have appreciated a shared water filter station at the property.

"L’emplacement totalement isolé et le calme qui règne dans les espaces. Le dîner était excellent, le petit déjeuner aussi, bien qu’un peu juste en quantité. Le Rasta Tour est une expérience très intéressante avec un déjeuner riche cuisiné sous nos yeux en pleine jungle!"

Le manque d’isolation des chambres. Nous avions réellement l’impression d’être avec notre voisine de chambre… La piscine n’était pas bien entretenue lors de notre passage (de nombreuses feuilles et un morceau de plastique). Les transats sont très anciens et mériteraient d’être remplacés.

"Great location and the scenery was beautiful. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Located on hill tops and the views were amazing! Perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. Surrounded by trees and was entertained by monkeys swinging through the branches. The rooms were also very spacious and allowed a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and meals were delivered to the room. Staff were very accommodating and overall had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

L’hôtel est un peu compliqué à trouver et un peu loin du centre ville, le chauffage avait quelques difficultés à fonctionner, il faisait froid

"Idéalement située au bord de l'eau avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan (chambre twin vue sur mer), et malgré le charme authentique et les petites imperfections d'une maison d'époque, l'accueil de Samuel est exceptionnel et ses petits-déjeuners sont un vrai délice, faisant de ce séjour une expérience agréablement mémorable. Le restaurant Chiringuito à 2mn à pieds est aussi excellent. Belles balades à faire le long de l'océan (sentiers) Compter environ 15mn à pieds pour se rendre en ville (tous commerces, et liaison avec Santiago par bus pour moins de 15€ en mars 2026)."
