"The place is so nice. Restaurant is great & so are the rooms. The food was so good & the chef came out to tell us about the dishes, lovely!"

Arrived at 11.30am to some "surprises" from the night before & no beer in the restaurant - someone had a great night! Good for them! Cleaning was dealt with quickly & beer was eventually delivered. A one-off, I'm sure..

"Hébergement très agréable sur les hauteurs de Beau Vallon. Fraichement débarqués de l'aéroport nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un joli cadre en pleine nature. Le studio n'offre pas de vue sur la mer mais nous avons trouvé un petit coin dans le jardin pour voir le coucher du soleil. Les équipements sont suffisants pour le petit-déjeuner ou un repas pas trop compliqué."

Dans la chambre il n'y a pas moyen d'occulter la lumière pour assombrir la pièce. Dès que le soleil se lève, il fait plein jour. Cela peut être un problème pour les personnes sensibles.

"Чудове місце для відпочинку сімʼєю. Дуже задоволені. Було дуже затишно і комфортно. Велика територія біля котеджа – є все необхідне для барбекю, альтанки і качелі для дітей. Відпочивали взимку, але в приміщенні було дуже тепло. Є санвузли у кожній спальні, що дуже зручно. Окреме спасибі пані Олі, адміністратору котеджа. Турбувалася про нас, щоб ми почувалися максимально комфортно. Плануємо повернутися сюди влітку 🙂"

Трошки замалий холодильник. Було б добре, щоб він був трохи більшим і мав трохи більшу морозильну камеру. Також не зайвими були б ще кілька кастрюль та великі миски.

Le restaurant Chiringuito à 2mn à pieds est aussi excellent. Belles balades à faire le long de l'océan (sentiers) Compter environ 15mn à pieds pour se rendre en ville (tous commerces, et liaison avec Santiago par bus pour moins de 15€ en mars 2026)."

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

"Le propriétaire est absolument super. Très accueillant. Donne bcp d'informations. Passe du temps avec tous ses clients. Vraiment un grand merci. L'emplacement vu sur la mer, avec sa grande terrasse.. on y passe du temps tellement que nous y sommes bien... à prendre une bière, discuter, dîner.. la plage est juste en bas de l'autre côté de la route."

La salle de bain et surtout les toilettes. Impossible de les faire marcher. Il y a un sceau qu'on remplit... nous avons plusieurs fois demandé de faire qque chose, on a laissé tombé. C'est vraiment dommage.on était vraiment bien à cet endroit.

Il n'y avait pas de micro onde. Il est important d'y penser surtout qu'il n'y a pas de restaurants dans les environs.

"L’établissement Green Valley Inn se trouve dans un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu. Les bungalows sont très confortables . L’endroit est idéal pour ceux qui aiment le calme et la nature. Enfin la propriétaire Marcella est vraiment une personne admirable, de bon conseil pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région et une excellente cuisinière. L’endroit est idéal pour les visites de Caracol, la grotte ATM, Xunantunich et même Tikal au Guatemala."

"The mountains scenery and the serenity of the place make Le massif de Laqlouq an ideal getaway. During our stay, we felt we are well taken care of; the staff was constantly checking upon us and assisting us with any request."

"In general, we liked the experience. Especially because the sea and the beach are so close. The staff is nice and collaborative. The place is simple but fine for that price."

It's a very good location. However, due to the fracture of the former vacation place now obviously shared by different owners, the surrounding area has a bit sad appearance. The canteen on the territory does not provide quality food but there are many restaurants to choose nearby.
