Piscine privée un peu trop froide

"Tout! Le bungalow tres confortable, climatisé avec une excellente literie. Un restaurant tres bon avec nourriture tres variée ( nous n’avons absolument pas été malade) le personnel est tres sympa, les massages sont top! Et les petites attentions régulières dans notre chambre."

Rien … et franchement j’avais un peu peur vu certains commentaires. Les gens sont aujourd’hui d’une exigence….

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

Avec les travaux a proximité, je trouve que le prix est eleve pour la prestation. Nous avons été informes 3 jours avant notre arrivée. Nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial.

"The location is ideal for a first-time traveler to Kokopo it is right in the center of the city. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and the restaurant well located for a good view to the now quiet volcano in Rabaul and the Duke of York islands during the day."

Rien de spécial qu’on a pas aimé, franchement on c’est très bien reposé en famille. Peut-être plus d’ambiance et musique disco pour les adultes le soir .

Qu’il n’y ait pas de personne qui parle en français

"le calme (auquel j'aspirais pour bien me reposer), le cadre (face à la mer), le confort de la chambre, la cuisine vraiment très bonne (matin, soir). J'ai mangé 2 fois au restaurant où le service est fait à table, c'était un régal (bravo pour ça). il s'agit d'un vrai all inclusive, on peut manger et boire toute la journée. les activités proposées."

le wi-fi n'est pas bon sur la plage privée. La cuisine le midi n'est pas du niveau (wings de poulets, hamburger, salade césar). Il y a eu une coupure de courant (ce qui doit être habituel sur une île) mais l'hôtel n'était pas du tout préparé, pas de générateur, on a mangé à la lumière des tel portables des serveurs. On a eu en même temps une coupure d'eau. le tout a duré pas mal d'heures. Au prix de la nuit, l'hôtel aurait dû mieux gérer la situation. des trous dans le plafond de la salle PDJ dus à la vétusté. Une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport serait aussi appréciée.

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."
