"The apartment was spotlessly clean and had above and beyond for what you might need for a stay. Toiletries, detergents, everything for the kitchen, even goodies for the kids and parents. Very cosy place in a great location."

"Butas nuostabus! Puikiai įrengtas, švarus. Virtuvėje radome viską, ko reikėjo nuo indų iki puodų, keptuvės ir prieskonių. Labai patogi miegama dvigulė lova su kietu čiužiniu (kas būna gan retai net viešbučiuose). Yra atskira lova vaikams. Vonia taip pat labai patogiai įrengta, erdvi. Butas labai geroje vietoje visai šalia parko, jūros ir vaikų žaidimo aikštelės. Skanaus maisto restoranai pasiekiami nuo apartamentų pėsčiomis. Labai tikėtina, kad kitąmet vėl čia apsistosime :)"

"Spitzenlage direkt an Strandpark, ein paar Schritte durch den Park, schon ist man am Meer! Die Wohnung ist komplett und sehr gut renoviert (das Gebäude an sich nicht). Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt hinter dem Gebäude vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut."
"Die Außenbeleuchtung ist nachts unzureichend und daher war der Eingang am ersten Tag nicht gut zu finden und der Zugang etwas schwierig. Eingangsbereich und Hausflur wirken wenig einladend aber die Wohnung ist dafür komplett renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wer über den ersten Eindruck und den Eingangsbereich hinwegsieht, wird mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden sein."

"Puiki buto lokacija, šalia jūra, parkas, didelė žaidimų aikštelė. Vieta automobiliui. Butas jaukus, praktiškai visi buities prietaisai, išskyrus orkaitę, yra. Įrankiai, indai, kosmetikos priemonės, netgi paplūdimio reikmenys taip pat paruošti. Maloni ir svetinga šeimininkė."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
