"Le personnel et le maître d’hôtel ont été extrêmement serviables. J’ai rencontré un problème qui n’était pas lié à la chambre d’hôtel, mais le maître d’hôtel a tout fait, dépensant temps et énergie, pour m’aider à résoudre mon souci. Je lui en suis très reconnaissante."

"Staff are very friendly.Location is great and the room was very spacious for 2 of us. Bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived was an added bonus. Very quite, can hardly hear the street noise. Would stay again"

"I arrived at the airport late, then I booked here around am 1. But they accepted us warmly so we can sleep and relax. I’m so appreciate it."

"Couldn’t wish for a better location! Very close to Taipei Station and some other busy stops. Museums and parks within walking distance. The staff is super helpful and efficient. I asked them for a travel adapter and they lent me one. 24-hour reception is very convenient."

"Maybe just climbing up the stairs, it was very tiring because we were in the upper floor and they don't have elevator, which we completely understand."

"酒店地點去機場捷運只要5分鐘路程，酒店樓下有出名的大滔埕魯肉飯店，可以買外賣。 酒店東主女士很有禮貌幫我解決所有問題。 酒店樓下有7-11及早餐店，附近10-15分鐘路程有夜市，超市及迪化街。"

"酒店對出就是馬路，會有車聲，要用耳塞。 酒店裝份不算新，如果一人住沒有所謂，如果2人以上建議選其他酒店。 酒店要上樓梯的，會聽到鄰房開關門的聲音。 如果去最近台北車站/中山車站要走10-15分鐘路程。"
