"L’emplacement est parfait juste devant le métro et entouré de magasins Le personnel est très disponible, toujours à l’écoute pour nous donner des informations sur les lieux à visiter ou comment y aller, que ce soit les femmes de chambre ou le personnel à l’accueil nous étions toujours accueilli avec beaucoup de politesse et de gentillesse. La chambre était très bien équipée, salle de bain avec toilettes à jet d’eau, douches réellement à la pointe de la technologie, présence de sèche cheveux et de brosses à dénis, dentifrices, presque tout pour se nettoyer."

"“My stay was generally fine, but I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists (who refused to give me his name). He treated me with poor manners and even shouted at me because I was one hour late for checkout after getting distracted while shopping. I accepted the extra charge without any problem, but that did not give him any right to speak to me that way. I believe a hotel should maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards its guests at all times, and this behaviour really spoiled my experience. I hope the management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen again.”"

"Very clean. And the hotel provide facility to serve the elderly people. In fact Bathroom is quite big comparing with the bedroom. The location is very close to the XIMEN MRT Exit 6 and very easy to find on the main road."

"The location is optimal: 10 minutes on foot away from Ximending area, and 15 minutes away from Taipei main station. 7/11 right across the street. The stuff were super helpful and covered all my needs."
