Not having a pool

Maybe a bit cold, but there was a fireplace that solved the situation mostly.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

"Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement, la maison très spacieuse idéale pour un grand groupe, et la grande salle du bas parfaite pour se retrouver tous ensemble."

Petit bémol : quand il y a beaucoup de monde, la pression et l’eau chaude ne suivent pas toujours. La femme de ménage est arrivée à 10h tapantes, un peu pressante pour qu’on parte, et il y avait aussi quelques odeurs de canalisation désagréables.

La chambre était belle, propre et très agréable. La propriétaire est vraiment sympathique, disponible et attentive au bien-être de ses hôtes. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et de qualité. "Everything is perfect, the villas are so new and well equipped and decorated. Sofia - Cousine Chef - and Marie - our main contact - were incredible since the begging. They do all for us to fell more comfortable. Levi is the bast from finish Lapland. Weather is perfect, the Vila is surrounded by nature and super calm but still central place. 1000% worth"

Nothing, is was everything amazing

"La maison est spacieuse, la piscine à débordement et le jardin sont magnifiques, la grande terrasse couverte est très fonctionnelle, la table de ping-pong et le baby-foot sont un plus. La vue est tout simplement époustouflante. Maryse est une super hôtesse, à l'écoute, nous avons été accueillis avec des accras et une spécialité locale que nous avons tous apprécié. Ses différents conseils nous ont été très utiles. Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis."

Déception concernant la propreté et la configuration des lieux. Les couchages ne correspondent pas tout à fait à la description de l'annonce, ce qui nous a posé un problème pour l'organisation de notre séjour. C'est dommage car le logement a du potentiel, mais il n'y a pas 5 couchages au sens du terme, il y a 3 chambres, une avec un lit de 160, et 2 avec un lit de 140. Les 2 canapés dans le séjour ne sont pas confortables, ils sont séparés par une barre et un côté est plus haut que l'autre donc très compliqué pour dormir. Il nous a fallu s'adapter, néanmoins nous avons passé un excellent séjour, ce sont les aléas des vacances !

"3층짜리 단독빌라로 넓고 환한 방이 2층에 3개, 3층에 2개, 화장실과 욕실도 2,3층에 있어서 7명이 쓰기에 너무 좋음. 1층은 넓은 거실과 정수기가 비치된 주방까지 흠 잡을 것이 없음."

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

"Appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Arco . Idéal pour visiter le lac de Garde, trento, levico ... Appartement moderne tout confort . Place de parking privé dans un garage est top. Vous sortez de l appartement et des pts restos à prix sympa, des glaces très bonnes ."

La climatisation n'allais pas très bien par les fortes chaleur on avait parfois chaud car ne refroidissait pas très fort .

"The villa had everything! Stocked wine cooler, bottles of spirits, full mini bar. There was a gas BBQ and good free Wi-Fi. The beach and pool were both no more than a few hundred meters from the villa in all directions. It was beautiful!"

Perhaps the resort supermarket produce could have been fresher, with a better selection of meat for the BBQ, but there's nothing to stop you using a local supermarket.

"Le cadre proche de la mer et de la ville a pied 25 min le calme et la discrétion. La piscine et transat tres bien, restaurant au port a agréable. Bateau a loué , buggy a 5 min en voiture. Vacance au calme et reposante super souvenir en famille"

manque un peu de équipement serviette plage et parasol . uniquement 2 tasses pour le café pas d huile pas de café pour l arrivé. manque dans les salles de bains 1 gel douche et un shampoing sinon très bien

"The guest house AIDA is a huge villa. It has 4 different bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 different common living rooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people with lots of available indoor space for everyone. There is one shared pool with 2 other guest houses and lots of outdoors common spaces that you use. One of the common spaces has a very nice seating around a fire pit, the host provided us with firewood and help to light the fire. The host was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions."

The beds can be more comfortable, but they were ok for 1 night. There are no ACs in the rooms, but the weather in that area is already chilled, and they provided 4 different electric fans for all the rooms.

La conception architecturale de la maison qui en fait un lieu d’exception dans tous ses aménagements et principalement la piscine à débordement de grande taille avec une vue sur l’océan indien . Le calme et la sérénité du lieu : la musique de l’océan , le chant des oiseaux et du vent … un coucher de soleil tous les soirs sur l’océan : de la piscine , du salon , de la cuisine et de notre chambre , du jardin …. Une vue panoramique à 180 degrés !!! L’emplacement géographique dans le quartier de l’hermitage : accès direct au lagon et proximité à pied de Saint-Gilles ."
