Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

Le petit déjeuner très restreint en diversité, y compris sur le choix des thés, confiture. Manque de diversité dans la nouveauté, tous les jours la même chose. Pas de possibilité d’avoir du lait végétal pour les intolérants au lactose. Le bâtiment est vieillissant, faites attention au détail comme les joints de la salle de bain et autres accessoires usés, la planche à repasser.

mobilier de salon confort mais pas de table basse ustensiles de cuisine en nombre trop limité et un peu vieux pas de mobilier extérieur pour profiter de la terrasse mais possible de sortir des fauteuils du salon manque une nappe pour protéger la table à manger en bois

The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town's main attractions, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to stroll along the Mole and watch the sunset. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Swakopmund!"

"Appartement hôtel avec 2 chambres très spacieuses, pour 1 famille de 4 personnes! Au calme, vue piscine. Très bien équipé ! Machine à laver pratique dans l'appartement et cuisine ouverte sur joli petit salon fonctionnelle, salles d'eau pour chaque chambre ! Petit déjeuner très bien! Mais surtout, ce que nous avons apprécié, la grande piscine ouverte de 7h du matin à 22h! Nous avons pu en profiter le matin tôt avant remise des clés. Personnel très gentil et discret. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!"

"Il s'agit d'une petite chambre et salle de bain privée chez une famille. Les hôtes sont très discrets mais toujours attentifs et accueillants. Maison très propre et calme, super bien située dans un quartier sécurisé et proche du Parque Boqueron (environ 6$ en Uber), 15/20 minutes environ de Uber pour aller dans le centre Parque Cuscatlán par exemple. Trajet jusqu'à l'aéroport 50 minutes et 30$ environ en Uber. Il y a aussi un petit café à droite de l'entrée de la résidence Amaretto Bistro juste à côté, parfait pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Sinon il y a plein d'autres cafés et restaurants à 5/10 min à pieds (beaucoup de chaînes américaines et centres commerciaux)."

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

We liked being a short walk downhill to the village of Castara with grocery shops, places to eat local food and entertainment. Bars on the beach were very friendly. We loved getting a boat to nearby coves and snorkelling. Paradise for us!"

The fairly stiff walk back from the village is fine as long as you don't rush. The Castara Retreats Restaurant serves lovely fresh fish caught locally but wine as you might expect is eye wateringly expensive. Try Stag beer instead and even that is twice as expensive as in the village.

La bouilloire défectueuse, mais une fois signalée la solution est rapidement trouvée.

"Le logement était fonctionnel avec un lit très confortable. La situation du gîte était idéale. Notre Hôtesse Inga s'est avérée très sympathique, prévenante et aidante. C'est un point important pour la Géorgie qui utilise une langue insolite. Elle s'est occupée des transferts aéroports et Giorgi était un excellent chauffeur. Il y avait des produits pour le petit déjeuner ce qui était appréciable pour les lève-tôt puisque beaucoup de commerces ouvrent tard."

Manque le fameux miroir grossissant pour les presbytes (un sacré plus pour les dames !) Indépendamment du gîte, avis aux voyageurs de bien traverser aux passages piétons sinon PV assuré (surtout pour les touristes !)

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"Nous sommes arrivées en dernière minute (un groupe de 7 ). Nous avons été très bien accueillies ils nous ont trouvé de quoi manger à notre arrivée . Un couple adorable faisant l'effort de traduire pour comprendre notre langue ! Appartement propre 👌 nous ne pouvons rien dire de la localisation car c'était un hébergement d'urgence."

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"Logement typique dans un quartier paisible et plutôt huppé. Appartement vaste, haut de plafond, sentiment d'espace, lumineux. Petite cuisine mais très bien équipée. Immeuble très calme. Écureuils sous les fenêtres: ça on adore!"

La literie a besoin d'être rénovée, elle est très inconfortable. La chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionne pas normalement ce qui n'émeut pas les propriétaires à qui nous l'avions signalé, il y a en effet un "truc" pour qu'elle fonctionne mais vu le prix du logement c'est dérangeant... En synthèse, on note un certain manque d'entretien de fond (il manque un spot dans la salle de bain, le rideau de la chambre est abîmé...) ce genre de détails qui nuisent au confort et d'autant plus à ce prix.

"Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

"Apartamento totalmente remodelado, tem uma óptima localização mesmo perto da praia. A cozinha está bem equipada. A chave tem que se ir buscar ao café “Amadeu” onde o Sr. que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e atencioso."

"Nous avons bien apprécié le logement. Il est spacieux, propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Un logement de qualité, très bien situé, Un bon rapport qualité/prix. L'équipe de réception , particulièrement, JEAN le réceptionniste, est disponible et réactive"

"Rustique mais authentique. Les lits sont confortables, la douche a de la pression, le petit déjeuner est agréable. Vie de famille autour, à 5 minutes des églises. Notre hôte a été très efficace et nous a fait une visite unique des églises dont il connaît tous les passages."

Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual
