Il nous a fourni toutes les informations utiles pour que ce séjour se déroule parfaitement. Très belle expérience qui correspondait à nos attentes, qualité de la relation avec le propriétaire des lieux, propreté irréprochable du bateau, équipements à bord... Merci ! "Clean, well looking hotel. Hot water, good rooms, beds and overall. Staff is always present, helpful and very hospitable! Location itself is good, especially if you need to reach the airport and the transport stations."

The only disadvantage is the big telecommunication tower just to the side of the hotel. I personally prefer not to be microwaved.

"I loved the whole concept. Just to wake up in the morning with the view of the boats in Marina is perfect. The house is more like a apartment with a perfect uper deck, with Jacuzzi and the view. You can really organize your time as you like, be active or just take it easy. In the evening is perfect moment to relax and watch the stars from hot Jacuzzi tub. Everything is close by. The beach is not a perfect one but it’s close one and you can always easily go for the swim. The house has everything you need and the host Igor was helpful in organizing everything to run smoothly. Thank you for that. I will definitely come again."

"I have just spent the most amazing 3 nights on the Grand Swan, one of 3 beautiful 5 Star Houseboats in this small group, located in a great position on Lake Dal. The rooms are very well presented and very comfortable. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. The chef made sure the food was to my liking, and there was plenty of it, The staff went above and beyond to make sure i got the most out of my short stay. Mr Ahmed the manager arranged some trips for me including a not to be missed tour of the lake. A special thanks to Mr Shabam, who did everything from bringing me coffee in the morning to accompanying me on a magical trip to the mountains, where his local knowledge and friends made this a trip I will never forget and got to meet the local people. I can highly recommend staying here whether you are travelling by yourself, with friends or with family. I am already planning my return"
