Je déplore l’attente pour l’accès à la chambre à mon arrivée. Les chambres sont censées être prête à partir de 15h et j’ai eu la mienne à 16h30. Nous étions assis dans le hall et personne n’est venu nous prévenir qu’elle était enfin prête, il fallait qu’on se présente à l’accueil pour avoir les bracelet et y accéder.

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

Suite à notre demande, nous avons changé de chambre car la première était côté route et le bruit du trafic , ce n'était pas acceptable ! Nous avons eu ensuite une chambre plus spacieuse et beaucoup plus calme :)

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, au fond d'une zone industrielle, ce qui en fait un lieu silencieux puisque la zone n'était pas en forte activité pendant le séjour, La configuration du complexe, sous la forme d'un petit village qui oblige à aller prendre le petit déjeuner dans un bâtiment différent. Il y avait une odeur d'humidité dans la chambre qu'il n'a pas été possible d'enlever, donc un peu gênant qd on a l'odorat sensible. Obligation de prendre la voiture pour sortir car lieu éloigné du centre ville.

Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche suite problème de pression. Salle de restaurant très bruyante au dîner.

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. "A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."
