"Very well situated , our room was spacious , nice balcony and a view of the river. Resteraunt on site was very nice and staff friendly and helpful."

Toilet was not flushing properly , but not much of a problem.

Enfin la propriétaire Marcella est vraiment une personne admirable, de bon conseil pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région et une excellente cuisinière. L’endroit est idéal pour les visites de Caracol, la grotte ATM, Xunantunich et même Tikal au Guatemala."

"Super place for the price. I had my own room with air con and a toilet and shower. It’s 800m about to the bus station and walking distance to most restaurants and stores in Savusavu. Practically next door to the historic Planters Club. Ron the owner is really kind and at the beginning drove me around to show me what I could do in Savusavu. I had a wonderful stay"

Sometimes it can get a bit noisy if the early morning ferry leaves for Suva a couple of times a week. I stayed in the front facing g the ocean. Maybe it was quieter at the back? But really there were no complaints

"Comfortable stay in a Vintage house, outback-Australia style. Has all things in the kitchen to use if self catering.Hot shower .Central, close to a lovely beach and restaurants. But 2 km from main supermarket. Recommended"

"Idéalement située au bord de l'eau avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan (chambre twin vue sur mer), et malgré le charme authentique et les petites imperfections d'une maison d'époque, l'accueil de Samuel est exceptionnel et ses petits-déjeuners sont un vrai délice, faisant de ce séjour une expérience agréablement mémorable. Le restaurant Chiringuito à 2mn à pieds est aussi excellent. Belles balades à faire le long de l'océan (sentiers) Compter environ 15mn à pieds pour se rendre en ville (tous commerces, et liaison avec Santiago par bus pour moins de 15€ en mars 2026)."

Clignotement du détecteur incendie dans la chambre toute la nuit, fonctionnement normal mais qui est gênant, peut être possible de le masquer.

The surroundings are excellent as well as the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. Accessibility was good. It is a little far from the city but there is a bus stop about five minutes from the property where the Airport bus stops. A rental vehicle would be recommended. We knew that and the remote location was very soothing for us."

The outside property had some very minor issues; it felt a bit barren and the pool could‘ve been better maintained. We would have liked simple room cleaning very days without having to ask for it because it made us feel a bit uncomfortable to request it. Plus, to avoid all these plastic bottles, we would have appreciated a shared water filter station at the property.

"The people were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a free lift into town and back and answered all of our questions. The setting is beautiful next to the water with a lovely log cabin. I'd definitely stay again, especially in summer as it's a great alternative to Ciudad del Este."

"Etonnant refuge de montagne. Très calme, patrons très accueillants. Dortoirs et sanitaires très propres, possibilité d'avoir des linges de toilette. On se sent hors du temps. Vue superbe sur les montagnes. Possiderepas du soir."

"Comme il n’y a pas de restaurant sur place, notre hôte nous a conduit au restaurant voisin et est venu nous chercher en fin de repas. Il assure aussi la navette aéroport. Tout était parfait."

"L'emplacement est fabuleux! Le propriétaire, Thierry est très accueillant, il connait l'île comme sa poche et donne de très bons conseils et est très réactif en plus d'être super sympa. Il s'est donné beaucoup de peine pour construire Tikaz Toukité et ça se voit, il s'agit d'un hébergement insolite!"

Petit détail mais j'aurais bien aimé être averti en amont qu'il n'y avait pas tout le temps de l'eau chaude :)

nous n'avons pas vu personne de l'hébergement, pas de petit déjeuner proposé, pourtant le chalet dispose d'une cuisine et tout ce que vous avez besoin ...
