Villas en Nouvelle-Calédonie

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

They do all for us to fell more comfortable. Levi is the bast from finish Lapland. Weather is perfect, the Vila is surrounded by nature and super calm but still central place. 1000% worth"

Nothing, is was everything amazing

"Jolly Harbour est une zone vraiment intéressante, à la fois sécurisée et bien équipée (commerces a proximité et gardiennage). La plage est tout simplement exceptionnelle."

Malheureusement pour nous c’etait la période de carnaval et la plupart des commerces étaient fermés durant notre séjour.

"Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble ! J’ai beaucoup aimé l’emplacement, la maison très spacieuse idéale pour un grand groupe, et la grande salle du bas parfaite pour se retrouver tous ensemble."

Petit bémol : quand il y a beaucoup de monde, la pression et l’eau chaude ne suivent pas toujours. La femme de ménage est arrivée à 10h tapantes, un peu pressante pour qu’on parte, et il y avait aussi quelques odeurs de canalisation désagréables.

"It was calm and on the beachfront. Checkin was smooth. Has multiple things to keep kids engaged, Some facilities paid and others free. Location also has small grocery store."

There was problem with Internet connection.

"Propreté impeccable, environnement très calme, beau jardin avec piscine chauffée à 30°, terrasse très agréable, bref tout pour passer un séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce propriétaire, notamment aussi pour sa réactivité lorsque nous avons signalé qu'il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude. Moins d'une heure plus tard, le chauffe-eau était à nouveau opérationnel. La literie dans les deux chambres est très bonne, seuls quelques moustiques ont parfois perturbé notre sommeil."

Chaque maison du lotissement dispose d'une place de stationnement couverte. Toutefois, il faut croire que les architectes qui ont conçu les plans ne disposaient pas de voitures aux dimensions actuelles. En effet, l'accès y estu tellement étroit que tout le monde laisse sa voiture au bord de la route. Bien entendu, cela n'enlève rien à notre enthousiasme pour les Villas Susaeta.

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus. Diesesmal hat uns die Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. Hier und da etwas Dekoration war super schön und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"Excellent staff, spacious location and games room a bonus. Easy access by car to Blue Lagoon and Boston Beach with a couple of dollars' entry charge. (Could walk to Frenchman's Cove but entry charge excessive so didn't bother.)"

Small maintenance issues required but clean and spacious.

Nothing, is was everything amazing

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

"La maison correspondait à nos attentes. Typiquement tunisien, très spacieuse, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Myriam est d'une gentillesse, elle nous a remis les clefs, et si il y a un soucis elle est de suite disponible. Le quartier est calme et tout est à proximité si besoin (superette Aziza, epicerie, resto etc...) Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !"

Peut-être le sèche cheveux qui est mentionné dans l'annonce et qui était absent. Et éventuellement les locataires du dessus, suivant sur qui vous tomber, car c'est très sonore et ca nous a dérangé quelques nuits.

"Tres bon accueil et forte disponibilité d Alix. Vue magnifique sur la baie. Spot snorkeling au pied de la villa avec pleins de poissons multicolores. Chance d'avoir vu des dauphins et tortue de notre petite plage. Excellent séjour. Logement très bien équipé."

"La maison est spacieuse, la piscine à débordement et le jardin sont magnifiques, la grande terrasse couverte est très fonctionnelle, la table de ping-pong et le baby-foot sont un plus. La vue est tout simplement époustouflante. Maryse est une super hôtesse, à l'écoute, nous avons été accueillis avec des accras et une spécialité locale que nous avons tous apprécié. Ses différents conseils nous ont été très utiles. Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis."

Déception concernant la propreté et la configuration des lieux. Les couchages ne correspondent pas tout à fait à la description de l'annonce, ce qui nous a posé un problème pour l'organisation de notre séjour. C'est dommage car le logement a du potentiel, mais il n'y a pas 5 couchages au sens du terme, il y a 3 chambres, une avec un lit de 160, et 2 avec un lit de 140. Les 2 canapés dans le séjour ne sont pas confortables, ils sont séparés par une barre et un côté est plus haut que l'autre donc très compliqué pour dormir. Il nous a fallu s'adapter, néanmoins nous avons passé un excellent séjour, ce sont les aléas des vacances !

"Everything was so gorgeous! Especially loved the large dining table on the deck overlooking the ocean."

It could get rather warm in the common areas since these areas did not have AC. Found that if we turned off the AC in the two upstairs rooms and opened the windows and doors, we got a nice cross breeze.

"Excellent service at the highest level. They will always help you with any question. The villa is large, daily cleaning."

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"The villa is huge! We loved the location because it was very serene and tranquil. No pretentious resort and loud music! We managed perfectly without the car. We walked a lot and met few local people in the village. People around are very friendly and chilled. The views are beautiful, beds comfortable, pool is a nice size. It was far too big for the two of us but we enjoyed the space thoroughly. We even walked to the Mount gay distillery… fairly long walk but again nice to see the area around. Two old men in the car stopped and asked if we wanted a lift, we thought that was very sweet. We walked few times to Speightstown for food and shopping. I wouldn’t bother with the restaurant Local and Co… very small portions and nothing special. Feels pretentious."

The private chef for us felt a bit too much. It’s nice to be cooked for but the idea of a villa to me is that we are alone and not that we have chef and cleaning lady there during the day. Plus the chef talks too much :) Some days we just cancelled the chef and made our own eggs for breakfast and went to eat in the local restaurant the fish pot which was pricey but very good and walkable. The best mahi mahi fish tacos I have ever had! I think the private chef is probably more viable when you have a larger party.

"Espectacular! Lo súper recomiendo! La casa es muy cómoda y espaciosa. Tiene tres habitaciones grandes y dos baños. Parrilla, elementos de cocina, cubiertos, ollas, microondas, etc. La atención de los dueños y de la señora de llaves es excelente, son muy amables y siempre atentos a lo que necesitamos. El barrio es súper tranquilo, queda alejado del quilombo y tenés varios supermercados y bares cerca (a unos 3 o 5 minutos en auto). Sin dudas volveremos a alojarnos aquí cuando volvamos a Sanber"
