"La habitación es muy cómoda, se siente limpio y el buen mantenimiento. La TV tenía Netflix por lo que no tuve que molestarme en buscar mi propia cuenta. Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

"La gentillesse du personnel. L'emplacement est de qualité - proche de la plage (qui est incroyable), restaurant ou autres. Le logement était très propre."

Un petit peu vétuste mais excellent pour une nuit ou deux. Les oreillers sont un peu durs.

"L'accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, l'attention qu'ils m'ont accordée alors que je me suis retrouvée en fauteuil suite à une mauvaise chute. Ils ont été très prévenants et présents. Bien plus que je n'aurais pu l'espérer. Un grand merci"

"The apartment is very well located and exceptionally clean, loved staying here and enjoyed the amazing city view."

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

"There is a kitchen where I was able to prepare my own meals. All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

"Très bon accueil, merci aux équipes sur place. Côté appartement avec vue mer, rien à redire, c'est spacieux, les espaces partagés sont très propres et fonctionnels. Des résidents très agréables aussi mais ça ça dépend aussi de vous ;)"

Bon ce n'était pas du tout une surprise mais on est pas loin de la piste de l'aéroport, les nuisances restent très très ponctuelles avec seulement quelques vols en soirée.
