We didn't expect that "shared kitchen" means that the host is actually living and sleeping at the kitchen, but as we stayed for one night it was not a problem.

A savoir que la maison, est une maison intelligente qui a deux entrées : une pour les guest et une autre celle de la famille qui est toujours là à notre disposition ainsi que leurs personnels. Donc vous détenez une totale indépendance et aussi vous n'êtes jamais seul. C'est une villa très sécurisée et super propre. Vous pouvez aller de l'avant pour la vente. Bien à vous, Yasmin"

Cher, il y a des chambres d’hôtels pour mon cher. Mais c’est bien équipé et bien placé. La vraie amélioration serait de goudronner le petit parking privé. Bon, je suis motard et c’est vrai qu’un parking en caillasse, c’est pas top pour les Manœuvres.

"Fernando and Ángel were super nice and friendly! It's a room at their house and like a homestay. Thank you for your hospitality ! The only downside was the mosquitoes 🫠"

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

"Malaki and his family were great hosts! Very helpful and friendly. Sorted out lots of things for us with no fuss, even though we booked last minute and had limited planning. We had some good laughs! Good view of volcano, and hear the rumbling! Simple and authentic ni-Van accommodation."

Malaki still had a few things to finish... eg switching for solar lights and some plumbing... but we were 2nd guests, so it will be more complete for next guests

The only thing that slightly annoyed me on arrival was that there wasn’t an electrical socket right next to the bed, even though it did say that on the booking site. But that’s a small thing.

"L'hôtesse des lieux est une personne très généreuse, des déjeuner copieux, jus frais et un très bon café! L'endroit est vraiment magnifique, un grand espace de stationnement, bien protéger et surtout très propres. Nous étions dans une chambre hors de la maison principale et nous étions très bien, à retourner, lit confortable, douche avec eau chaude et beaucoup de pression. Loin de tout, mais pour des nuits avec sommeil un endroit idéal avant un départ pour l'aéroport de Quito."

Petit déjeuner bon mais trop répétitif. Différence de prix constatée entre mon application et celle du propriétaire ceux qui a pu être source d'embarras au début du séjour.

"That’s amazing studio flat in a very nice hotel. It is sad that is sharing apartment, but you don’t share anything. You have your private bathroom, washing machine, private kitchen, private balcony, the only thing you share is one door to get to your flat. There are food shops and restaurants all around. Tram and bus stops very close. Metro station is about 1 km away, but you can take tram to get there, it takes two stops. Apartment was clean, nice clean white sheets, clean good towel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Security downstairs so you feel absolutely safe. Location is good for taking a walk by the marina to see yachts and a wonderful view to all buildings around. Wi-fi was good."

There is nothing in the kitchen, no spoons, no forks, no cups, no plates, absolutely empty. I had to buy a cup just to make coffee. Had to wait host for 1,5 hour. The main things to see are far away from the property, you need to take metro and ride 10-15 stops to see burj khalifa, the frame, future museum and ect. At least it’s one line. There was bad smell in the kitchen (can’t understand where it was coming from) had to keep balcony’s door open all the time. Very noisy street outside, cars and trams traffic all the time.
